Activated carbon is the indispensable component of domestic water filter system.
No matter for municipal, domestic use or any kind, activated carbon plays a decisive role in the water filter : adsorption of heavy metals, removing chlorine and organic compounds remaining in water.
Activated carbon is made of coconut shell and activated by burning and steaming process. Metix CarbonFib utilizes full-carbon filtration, its carbon content is twice as much as the general filter candles in the market, which enhance the utilization maximize the main function of activated carbon.
By using the most advanced layered-chain technology and densely packed arrangement, the carbon particles are interlocked and cannot be released from the water. With NSF 42 certified for safety and reliability, METIX CarbonFib is natural, clean and safe to drink.

- If the filter candle is affected by the water quality, the more dirt accumulates on the surface, the slower flow rate of the water. You can purchase the filter candle at a half price discount (from regular price) at the service center of the company within 6 months from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
- One year service is provided from the date of purchase.
- This warranty does not cover routine inspection/filter replacement and cleaning (upon client’s request).
- This warranty does not cover any damages caused from alterations, accident, mice or abuse.
- Unsuitable environment/extremely poor water quality and improper installation, wear and tear damage due to normal use.
- The company is entitled to discontinue the warranty period if product has been serviced or tempered with by unauthorized personnel.
- This warranty excludes transportation packing and delivery charges.
- For user in area without dealer, please send problem parts to Le Chainon Limited office.
DELIVERY AREA:
- Delivery Service is only restricted to Hong Kong (excluding islands, closed area and locations without elevator).
- PO Box or Hotel address is not accepted.
DELIVERY FEE:
- Free delivery for purchase of HK$500 or above.
- Purchase for less than HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged.
DELIVERY TIME:
- Ordered goods will be delivered in 7 - 10 working days (Mon to Fri, except for Public Holidays)after order confirmation. Delivery time is 9am-6pm.
- If there is no recipient to receive the ordered goods and the order is not successfully delivered, Le Chainon Limited can reschedule delivery again. However, there will be an extra handling charge of HK$50 (to be paid upon delivery).
- Delivery service may be canceled or delayed due to weather, traffic, district or other factors and the delivery will be soon re-arranged.
- In case your ordered items are not available, or your order is rejected, Le Chainon Limited will inform you by phone call or email for further arrangement.
