3. Contraindications:
- Patients with lumbar vertebral fractures, dislocations, tumors, or tuberculosis;
- Patients with broken skin, eczema, or shingles;
- Those with coagulation disorders or severe osteoporosis;
- Pregnant women (massage of the lumbosacral region is prohibited).
4. Precautions after massage
- After the massage, the muscles in your lower back are relaxed. Avoid exposure to wind, cold, or taking a cold shower for one hour to prevent cold and dampness from invading and aggravating the discomfort.
- After the massage, you can drink some warm water to promote metabolism, but avoid drinking ice water or eating raw or cold food.
- Pay attention to keeping your lower back warm in daily life, avoid sitting or standing for long periods of time, and use a lumbar support pillow when sitting for a long time to maintain the physiological curvature of the lumbar spine; perform appropriate back muscle exercises (such as the "Little Swallow" exercise and the five-point support exercise) to strengthen muscle strength and reduce the recurrence of pain.
- If you experience increased pain or numbness in your lower limbs after a massage, you should stop the massage immediately and seek medical attention promptly.

- After receiving the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife, Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the health check within 1 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by contacting Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 13670018171; WeChat:13670018171).
- Upon arrival, the staff of Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.
- If the customer wants to reschedule the order, please contact contact Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 13670018171; WeChat:13670018171).
- The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months. Customers must undergo the relevant checkup within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.
- During the health check, if customers encounter a doctor who does not speak Cantonese, Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
- If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report
- The health check report is provided in simplified Chinese.
- The health report will be completed within 10 working days after the health check. Customers can choose the following methods to view the report:
- After the report is completed, Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. will send a reminder message to the customer's reserved mobile phone number. The customer can click the link to view the report.
- Email: Provide an email address, and Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. will send the report to the customer's email upon completion.
- Mail: Provide a mailing address, and Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. will mail the report with postage collect (available for delivery to Hong Kong and Macau).
- After the report is completed, customers can schedule an appointment with a doctor to explain the report. The following channels are available:
- Telephone explanation: Need to make an appointment at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 13670018171; WeChat: 13670018171). The doctor will contact the customer proactively at the scheduled time.
- Face-to-face explanation: Need to make an appointment at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 13670018171; WeChat: 13670018171). The customer should go to the health check center at the appointed time to listen to the doctor's face-to-face explanation. Available location for face-to-face explanation:
