3. Taboo Groups:

Patients with cervical spine fractures, dislocations, tumors, tuberculosis, and severe osteoporosis;
Patients with acute cervical disc herniation or cervical spondylotic myelopathy;
Patients with broken skin on the neck, eczema, or shingles;
Patients with hypertensive crisis or acute cerebrovascular crisis; pregnant women (neck massage should be gentle to avoid stimulating acupoints and causing discomfort).

4. Precautions after massage

After the massage, the neck and shoulder muscles are relaxed. Avoid exposure to wind, cold, or taking a cold shower for one hour, and especially avoid direct air conditioning on the neck to prevent cold and dampness from aggravating discomfort.
After the massage, you can drink some warm water to promote metabolism. Avoid drinking ice water, coffee, or strong tea.
In daily life, pay attention to maintaining correct posture and avoid looking down at your phone or computer for extended periods. When sitting for long periods, get up and move your neck every 40-60 minutes. You can also do neck exercises (such as slowly raising and turning your head) to strengthen your neck and shoulder muscles.
If you experience worsening neck pain, dizziness, nausea, or increased numbness in your upper limbs after a massage, stop the massage immediately and seek medical attention promptly.

Ltd. will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the health check within 1 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by contacting Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 13670018171; WeChat:13670018171).
Upon arrival, the staff of Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.
If the customer wants to reschedule the order, please contact contact Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 13670018171; WeChat:13670018171).
The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months. Customers must undergo the relevant checkup within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.
During the health check, if customers encounter a doctor who does not speak Cantonese, Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report

The health check report is provided in simplified Chinese.
The health report will be completed within 10 working days after the health check. Customers can choose the following methods to view the report:
1. After the report is completed, Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. will send a reminder message to the customer's reserved mobile phone number. The customer can click the link to view the report.
2. Email: Provide an email address, and Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. will send the report to the customer's email upon completion.
3. Mail: Provide a mailing address, and Dezheng Clinic of China Merchants Renhe Houde Medical Management (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. will mail the report with postage collect (available for delivery to Hong Kong and Macau).
After the report is completed, customers can schedule an appointment with a doctor to explain the report. The following channels are available:
