Recommended for preschool children aged 2 to 6 years old. Include assessment of children's learning, emotional, and behavioral issues, result will discuss and evaluate with clinical psychologists, enabling you to make appropriate adjustments in communication and parenting.

Assessment is provided by clinical psychologists.

Our comprehensive development assessment for preschool children primarily targets children aged 2 to 6 years old. Our clinical psychologists will conduct interviews with you, perform clinical behavioral observations, and use standardized assessment tools to evaluate children's learning, emotional, and behavioral issues. We aim to help you understand your child's abilities and needs, enabling you to make appropriate adjustments in communication and parenting.

The assessment includes Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scales (5th Edition), Autism assessment, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) assessment, and Child development assessment (including fine and gross motor skills, communication, self-care abilities).

The assessment process generally takes about 1.5 hours, and the specific time may vary depending on individual circumstances:

Parent interview before assessment (30 minutes)
Assessment/Observation conducted by clinical psychologists for children (90 minutes)
Post-evaluation parent interview: Preliminary explanation of observations and assessment results (15 minutes)
1 x Detailed report in English + (1 x Form 2 for direct referral to the Social Welfare Department's Central Allocation Service) will be sent to the cleint's address within seven working days

- After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the assessment centre will call customer to schedule the appointment within 6 working days.

- Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letters upon registration.

* Please note: Customers can make appointment bookings for Dyslexia assessments 4-6 weeks upon successful purchase.

- The assessment service is suitable for everyone.

- The assessment service is only valid for one year from the date of purchase. After which, the confirmation letter will not be accepted.

- No refund is allowed once the Order has been confirmed.

- The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discount coupons and cash vouchers.

- Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in 7-10 working days.

- The assessment service includes simple report. For Learning Disabilities Assessment / Hyperactivity Disorder Assessment / Autism Assessment / Memory Assessment/English Dyslexia Assessment, customer can pay additional $1200 for a detailed written report.

- All child development assessment service is not intended to substitute medical diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.

- The child development assessment service does not include individual or group follow-up treatment services.

- No priority services for child that wishes to continue for treatment services.

- Each child can only enjoy the promotion price of assessment service once.

- Children must bring their own doctor's referral letter for occupational therapy assessment.
