Instructions:
Place the foot pads on a flat place and buckle the host on the corresponding position
Put the foot on the pedicure pad, press and hold the key for 1 second to turn on, and the EMS current starts to operate
You can press the plus and minus keys to adjust the intensity, short press the switch key to adjust the mode
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the host, store the product in a dry and dark place, away from water

Instructions reminder:
The host is always turned on within 1 second by pressing the button, the yellow light is flashing, and the buzzer is ticking: if it touches the human body, the yellow light is always on, and the buzzer does not sound; if you leave the human body, the yellow light is flashing and the buzzer is ticking.
Press the /- key to adjust the intensity. The yellow light flashes once and the buzzer beeps once. The yellow light does not turn on when the host is working, and the buzzer does not sound
Gear protection: There is no response when the /- key is pressed after the gear is full. (Yellow light does not turn on, buzzer does not sound)
Disconnect the main unit and the foot pads: the yellow light is flashing (no function output), the buzzer is ticking, and it will automatically shut down within 60 seconds.
If the product is separated from the product when it is turned on and in use, it will return to mode 1 by default, with no function output.
There are 6 separate massage modes, each with 15 intensity levels, each mode will automatically stop and shut down after 30 minutes of independent operation.
When charging: red light is always flashing, fully charged: red light is always on, press and hold the key for 3 seconds to shut down. After the product is turned on, if you do not use it for a long time, you need to pay attention to the host to be charged once every 3 months to prevent the product from circuit problems.

FREE Delivery Service

  • Delivery locations are limited to the "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region" (excluding outlying islands, border exclusion zones, and receiving locations without lift or lorry cannot be accessed).
  • Regardless of the amount, all orders destined for special / remote areas (not accessible by lorry) are subject to a surcharge and are collected by the delivery person. (Because of the wide range of remote areas, we cannot record everything. For details, please check by WhatsApp 69193619)
  • Surcharge: If the delivery address needs to go up the stairs or a village house, regardless of the region and the order amount, additional delivery charges will also be charged. For details, please check WhatsApp 69193619.

 

Delivery Arrangements

  • The goods will be delivered within 4-12 working days after the order is confirmed for payment. The delivery time is Monday to Saturday (except public holidays), 9:30 am to 6 pm. Under normal circumstances, once the order is confirmed, it is not acceptable to change the delivery address.
  • Delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, regional or other factors, and the delivery time will be arranged separately.
  • If the product has arrived at the delivery address and no one has signed for it or the product has not been delivered to the delivery location due to customer problems or the customer has requested to cancel the order or the customer refuses to receive the product or needs to be rescheduled for delivery, the customer still has to bear the cost of the delivery.
  • To arrange the delivery service again, the customer must pay the actual freight and special area surcharges or pick it up at the designated place.
  • The product does not have the same day delivery installation service. If the customer needs to install the service on behalf of the contract, please make a separate appointment.
  • All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the relevant goods. If you are failed to provide any products or services on your order, you will be notified by phone, email or WhatsApp before shipping or picking up.

 

Return Arrangements

  • Except for replacement protection, all goods sold are non-refundable. The product has price fluctuations, and the selling price is subject to the moment of order issuance. If there are price adjustments or promotions, the difference cannot be reimbursed.
  • If the customer finds that the quality of the product does not work under normal use conditions and does not meet safety standards,customer can call the general agent to replace the product within seven days after receiving the product.
  • Small household appliances must be brought to the designated place of the general agent for replacement of the goods.
  • Replacement of the goods must be made within seven days of receipt of the goods. Products that have been used or are damaged due to your personal reasons cannot be returned.
  • Please keep and return all packaging, including all boxes, original product boxes, original labels, tags, certification documents, manufacturer guarantees, manuals, gifts and all accessories, etc., and ensure that all packaging is returned intact.
  • Only the products of the same model can be replaced. One order can only be returned once.

  • All sold products are guaranteed according to the distributor's warranty terms. For details, please read the warranty certificate of the product. If you have any questions, you can directly call the general agent according to the warranty certificate information.

Old Machine Disposal

  • For all products are related to proper recycling of regulated electrical equipment. A product set out in this receipt is regulated electrical equipment under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603).
  • The Ordinance imposes a recycling levy on the product as follows:

    Refrigerator: $165 per item
