Catnap Cat Hotel was founded by the "professional crazy cat ladies" who not only love their own cats but also want to share their love with other cats that need care and attention. This is a cat hotel where owners can drop off their beloved cats without worrying, and where the cats can play and relax in a comfortable environment like their own homes

Hotel environment
Standard room - height 96cm x width 120cm x depth 134cm (each room can accommodate up to 1 cat)
Medium room (window view) - height 195/96cm x width 190cm x depth 120m (each room can accommodate up to 2 cats)
Large room (window view) - height 195cm x width 122cm x depth 120m (each room can accommodate up to 3 cats)
Terms & Conditions
- If the pet fails to check in as scheduled, the accommodation fee will not be refunded. During the stay period, if the pet owner picks up the pet in advance, the cost for early check-out will not be refunded.
- Pets must present a valid vaccination card when checking in (the "next injection date" shown on the vaccination card must be after the check-in period.) If it has expired, please go to the veterinarian to get a refill of the 3-in-1 vaccination. On-site flea water dripping is required for check-in, $80 Once (can be administered at home first, take a photo to prove).
- When the stay period expires, the pet owner must pick up the pet in time. If the pet owner cannot be present, the trustee should pick up the pet with the agreement and personal identification.
- The owner needs to truthfully fill in the contact information and contact person who can be contacted at any time and inform the pet of the health condition.

If the pet is not picked up upon the expiration of the foster care period, we will continue to provide fostering services and will charge the fostering fee according to the agreed-upon amount based on the number of days. If the pet owner fails to pay the fostering fee after three days of extension, and we are unable to contact the pet owner or the pet owner explicitly states a refusal to take back the pet, it will be considered that the pet owner has voluntarily relinquished ownership of the pet. At this point, we have the right to handle the pet at our discretion.

During the fostering period, our store will take great care of the pet. However, in the event of an uncontrollable factor that leads to the occurrence of infectious diseases (such as canine distemper, feline distemper, parvovirus, coronavirus, influenza, etc.), our store will not be liable for compensation.

In the event of force majeure causing the pet's death, injury, or disappearance, our store will not be liable for compensation. (Force majeure refers to war, government actions, earthquakes, flash floods, landslides, epidemics, other natural disasters, or major criminal incidents.)

If the pet dies during the fostering period due to old age or other sudden illnesses, our store will not be liable for compensation. If the pet dies, is injured, or goes missing due to our store's operational errors, we will provide compensation, but the amount will not exceed HKD 500.

If the pet becomes ill and requires treatment during the fostering period, our store will promptly inform the pet owner and provide the necessary information. With the pet owner's written consent (via WhatsApp, Email, WeChat, IG, SMS, etc.), we may take the pet to a third-party veterinary facility for treatment. All resulting costs, including transportation, treatment, and medication fees, will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

Our store reserves the right to establish new terms, modify, or delete any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes regarding the terms and conditions, our store reserves the final decision-making authority.
