5 Sessions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Lower Back Tuina
Each service session lasts approximately 30 minutes.
1. Core Functions: Relaxes muscles, unblocks meridians, and restores muscle balance. 2. Suitable for: * Sedentary office workers, drivers, manual laborers, and others with lower back muscle strain. * Lumbar disc herniation (after the acute phase, for milder symptoms). * Postpartum back pain, middle-aged and elderly people with spondylitis. 3. Contraindications: * Patients with lumbar fractures, dislocations, tumors, or tuberculosis. * Patients with broken skin, eczema, or shingles. * Individuals with coagulation disorders or severe osteoporosis. * Pregnant women (massage of the lower back is prohibited). 4. Post-Massage Precautions: * After the massage, the lower back muscles are in a relaxed state. Avoid drafts, cold exposure, and cold showers for one hour to prevent cold and dampness from aggravating discomfort. * Drink a moderate amount of water after the massage to promote metabolism. Avoid drinking ice water and eating raw or cold foods.
• Keep your lower back warm daily, avoid prolonged sitting or standing, and use a lumbar support pillow when sitting to maintain the physiological curvature of the lumbar spine; perform appropriate back muscle exercises (such as the "Superman" exercise and the five-point support exercise) to strengthen muscles and reduce pain recurrence. • If pain worsens or numbness occurs in the lower limbs after massage, stop the massage immediately and seek medical attention promptly. 5. The package includes a pre-treatment TCM consultation and registration fee; there are no other hidden fees.
