5 Sessions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Neck & Shoulder Tuina
Each service session lasts approximately 30 minutes.
1. Core Functions: Relaxes muscles, unblocks meridians, and restores joint stability. 2. Suitable for: * Office workers who sit for long periods, those who frequently look down at their phones, teachers, and other high-risk groups for neck and shoulder strain; * Patients with stiff neck or mild cervical spondylosis (cervical type, nerve root type, mild); * Shoulder and back pain, and upper limb and forearm pain. 3. Contraindications: * Patients with cervical fractures, dislocations, tumors, tuberculosis, or severe osteoporosis; * Patients in the acute phase of cervical disc herniation or with myelopathic cervical spondylosis; * Patients with broken skin on the neck, eczema, or shingles; * Patients with hypertensive crisis or acute cerebrovascular crisis; * Pregnant women (neck massage should be gentle to avoid stimulating acupoints and causing discomfort).
4. Post-Massage Precautions
• After the massage, the neck and shoulder muscles are in a relaxed state. Avoid drafts, getting cold, or taking a cold shower for one hour, especially avoid direct air conditioning on the neck to prevent cold and dampness from aggravating discomfort.
• You can drink some warm water after the massage to promote metabolism. Avoid drinking ice water, coffee, and strong tea.
• Maintain correct posture in daily life. Avoid looking down at your phone or computer for long periods. When sitting for long periods, get up and move your neck every 40-60 minutes. You can also do neck exercises (such as slowly raising and turning your head) to strengthen your neck and shoulder muscles.
• If you experience increased neck pain, dizziness, nausea, or worsening numbness in your upper limbs after the massage, stop the massage immediately and seek medical attention promptly.
5. The package includes a pre-treatment TCM consultation and registration fee. There are no other hidden fees.
