Contraindications: * Patients with cervical fractures, dislocations, tumors, tuberculosis, or severe osteoporosis; * Patients in the acute phase of cervical disc herniation or with myelopathic cervical spondylosis; * Patients with broken skin on the neck, eczema, or shingles; * Patients with hypertensive crisis or acute cerebrovascular crisis; * Pregnant women (neck massage should be gentle to avoid stimulating acupoints and causing discomfort).
4. Post-Massage Precautions
• After the massage, the neck and shoulder muscles are in a relaxed state. Avoid drafts, getting cold, or taking a cold shower for one hour, especially avoid direct air conditioning on the neck to prevent cold and dampness from aggravating discomfort.
• You can drink some warm water after the massage to promote metabolism. Avoid drinking ice water, coffee, and strong tea.
• Maintain correct posture in daily life. Avoid looking down at your phone or computer for long periods. When sitting for long periods, get up and move your neck every 40-60 minutes. You can also do neck exercises (such as slowly raising and turning your head) to strengthen your neck and shoulder muscles.
• If you experience increased neck pain, dizziness, nausea, or worsening numbness in your upper limbs after the massage, stop the massage immediately and seek medical attention promptly.

• The physical examination plan is valid for 6 months. The client must undergo the relevant examination within 6 months (starting from the date of payment confirmation). Otherwise, it will be invalid.
• If you encounter a doctor who does not speak Cantonese during a medical examination, Shenzhen Boai Shuguang Hospital can arrange for someone to accompany you and provide translation services.
• If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health checkup plan page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Obtaining and Explaining the Medical Examination Report

• The medical examination report will be completed within 5-7 business days after the examination. Our hospital provides medical examination reports in simplified Chinese.
