UMP Liver Health Checkup

Liver Screening provides screening for the most common liver diseases and is recommended for individual with any of these health risk factors (except pregnant women):

Regular alcohol consumption
Overweight
Diabetes
Family history of liver diseases
High blood pressure
High cholesterol

UMP Medical Services - Terms and Conditions on Checkup Services:

1. No refund is allowed once the purchase order is confirmed.
2. After receiving transaction confirmation email from health.ESDlife, UMP will send email to the Payor/ Examinee within 2 working days for confirmation letter by registered mail. Examinee must follow the NOTICE stated on the confirmation letter and present the letter at the clinic.
3. Advance booking is required at least 2 weeks at designated checkup centre listed on the UMP checkup confirmation letter.
4. Check up confirmation letter will not be re-issued in any circumstances. Please keep the letter properly.
5. The UMP checkup confirmation letter is valid for six months from the date of purchase. Examinee is required to use the checkup service before letter expiry. Any expired confirmation letter will not be accepted.
6. Examinee is required to present and submit the original UMP checkup confirmation letter on the exam date.
7. The medical examination report would be issued within 7 to 10 working days. The examinee may notify the clinic the way to get the medical report on the exam date.
8. All checkup packages are not intended to substitute medical diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
9. Please note that female sonographers/radiographers are not guaranteed in specific Imaging and Laboratory centers. If client requests a female sonographer/radiographer, we may need to arrange imaging services at different locations or on another day.
10. Please note for pre-martial plans (UMP Pre-marital Check up Plan (Male), UMP Pre-marital Check up Plan (Female),UMP Pre-marital Check up Plan (Couple) ), Customers are required to personally deliver the semen sample to ProCare Cheung Sha Wan Centre [Address: Unit 4, 8/F, Yee Kuk Industrial Centre, No.555 Yee Kuk Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong (Cheung Sha Wan MTR Station Exit B)] (Tel: 3529 1983)
