Unleashing Mind Learning Abilities Assessment (1 time)
- Learning Abilities Assessment (LAA) assesses child's strengths and deficits in perceptual and cognitive processing, as well as academic skills. From this information, parents can play a role in teaching their children, and recommendations are made for the appropriate educational intervention.
- Learning Abilities Assessment (LAA) focus on child's process of perceptions including visual and auditory (for example memory and sequencing), as well as excutive functions (for example attention and self-regulation). This can help parents to have a better understanding of their children’s academic abilities. Learning Abilities Assessment (LAA) allows them to provide appropriate support their children's academiic performance.
- Learning Abilities Assessment (LAA) 's results are reviewed by the psychologist to determine appropriate educational intervention and recommendations.
Procedure:
1st Meeting:
- Parents complete a questionnaire (15 minutes)
- Psychologist provides academic assessment with the child (45 minutes)
2nd Meeting:
- Conference with parents: Psychologist explain the assessment results, and recommendation (30 minutes)
- Written report could be collected at the meeting for parents.
Unleashing.Mind Psychotherapy Clinic - Terms and Conditions on child development assessment services:
- After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, Unleashing Mind centre will call customer to schedule the appointment within 2 working days. Customer can also call / whatsapp Unleashing Mind Centre at office hour (Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm; Sat 10am to 7pm) for any enquiry. (Tel: 9321 2002)
- Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letters upon registration.
- The assessment service is only valid for one year from the date of purchase. After which, the confirmation letter will not be accepted.
- No refund is allowed once the Order has been confirmed.
- The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discount coupons and cash vouchers.
- Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in 7-10 working days.
- All child development assessment service is not intended to substitute medical diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
- The child development assessment service does not include individual or group follow-up treatment services.
- No priority services for child that wishes to continue for treatment services.
- Each child can only enjoy the promotion price of assessment service once.
- In case of disputes, Unleashing.Mind Psychotherapy Clinic and health.ESDlife reserve the right of the final decision.
