Step 2: Once order is confirmed, hutchgo Travel Consultant will contact you via email or phone calls within 3-4 working days. Customers will have to provide information including: 1. the ideal travel date and 2. the passenger’s passport information (including name, date of birth, passport number, passport validity date) for hutchgo to check the seat availability of flight and issue flight tickets.
To follow up on the order status or enquiries, please contact hutchgo Travel Consultants by sending an email to leisurehk@hutchisontravel.com or calling 3192 0900 along with your order number or the email address you used for booking.
*Please note that after receiving the relevant information, hutchgo Travel Consultant will conduct ticket redemption according to the ideal travel period given by email reply. Kindly note that the actual travel period will also be subject to the seat availability of flights.
Step 3: After confirming the seat availability and travel date, hutchgo Travel Consultant will send the confirmed e-ticket by leisurehk@hutchisontravel.com.
“Peach Aviation – Hong Kong to Osaka Round Trip Ticket” Terms and Conditions:
• Promotion period is until 31 July 2024 only.
• Offer is limited to 80 sets of tickets while supplies last.
• Travel period is from now to 26 October 2024 only, except from summer holidays and travel peak seasons and subject to the flight availability of airline.
• Each set of tickets is valid from 2 to 14 days. If you need a longer validity period, please contact the hutchgo travel agent in advance.
• All ticket redemption will be completed by Customer Representative of hutchgo by 3-5 working days after received your confirmation
• All confirmed order is non-refundable.
• Redemption is applicable for Round Trip Ticket from Hong Kong to Osaka with Peach Aviation in Economy Class only. Travel date is subject to the seat availability of the preferred date and airline.
• Refund, Amendment and Rebook are not allowed on flight ticket redemption is confirmed.
• Each set of Round Trip Tickets includes an outbound and inbound ticket. All tickets must be used on the designated travel date. Inbound ticket will be invalid and cannot be cancelled or refunded if outbound ticket have not been used.
• Under terms and conditions of Hutchison Travel Limited, if the redeemed flight fails to depart due to any force majeure factors (such as a flight cancellation, rescheduling, failure to leave the country or compulsory quarantine caused by the pandemic), Hutchison will not be responsible for any loss and will not make any refund or compensation of the redemption.
• Flight redemptions under the same order must be redeemed at the same time and all tickets must be for the same travel date.

This exclusive offer is “a set of round-trip tickets" including outbound and return air tickets per person. Therefore, the round-trip ticket must be used on the designated travel date. If the departure ticket cannot be used, the return ticket will be invalid and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
