* Zostavax (Zoster Vaccine) vaccination with 1 month validity. Registration must be completed within 1 month. 

Vaccination

• Consultation prior to the 1st shot of vaccination
• Injection procedure is handled by medical professional

This vaccination is not suitable for the following people:

• suffering from Shingles (Herpes Zoster)
• having anaphylaxis to vaccine ingredients including Gelatin and Neomycin
• having primary and secondary immune system problems, or taking immune system suppression drugs (such as high-dose cholesterol)
• suffering from tuberculosis and not yet treated

Precautions:

• People under the age of 50 who have been infected with Chickenpox are also at risk. Generally speaking, the risk increases with age
• This vaccine is suitable for both male and female
• People who have suffered from this disease can get this vaccination
• This vaccine is not for treating the disease. People who are currently suffering from the disease should not take this vaccination.

*This transaction is subject to the assessment by medical professional for the suitability of vaccine injection. Patients will have to pay a consultation fee of $300 if considered not suitable for the vaccine injection upon consultation. The remaining balance will be refunded.
