1. Scope of Application
This package is only applicable to services provided at Shenzhen Zhengguan Hospital (Address: Zhengguan Hospital, behind the Zhongjian Building, No. 6, Keji South 12th Road, Yuehai Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen) and is not transferable or for use by other institutions.

2. Applicable Population
18 years and older (Older individuals require evaluation by a doctor to determine their suitability for this examination.)

3. Appointment and Assessment Process

After purchase, Zheng Guan Hospital will send an online consultation form via WhatsApp or email. Please fill it out truthfully. This questionnaire will be used for a preliminary assessment of your suitability for the examination; inaccurate information may invalidate the assessment results. You must arrive at the hospital one day prior to the examination to complete the pre-endoscopy electrocardiogram and blood tests, and to collect bowel preparation laxative powder.
Whether a patient is suitable for examination depends on the results of the electrocardiogram and blood tests conducted at the hospital, and will be determined by a doctor through a comprehensive assessment.

4. Refund and Change Policy

Once the package is started (after completing blood and electrocardiogram tests at the hospital), services or items not used due to the customer's personal reasons are non-refundable, non-redeemable, and non-exchangeable for other services.
Laxative powder used for bowel preparation is non-refundable once shipped.
If the hospital determines that the examination is not suitable, HKD 1,100 will be deducted from the payment (to cover the initial assessment and medical service costs), and the remaining amount will be refunded. ESDlife and Zheng Guan Hospital reserve the right of final interpretation.

5. Additional Fees

The final price of an endoscopy depends on the results of the examination; the package price only includes the basic examination fee. If treatment, biopsy, or pathological testing is required during the examination, the doctor will prioritize these procedures according to medical principles. These procedures and associated costs are not included in the package. During the examination, if tissue aspiration/polyp treatment is required:
- 1-2 pills, additional charge of RMB 3,000;
- 3-4 pills, additional charge of RMB 6,000.
- 5-7 pills, additional charge of RMB 8,000;
- For 8 pills or more, an additional RMB 10,000 will be charged.
Additional payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, debit card, Alipay, WeChat, AlipayHK, and WeChatHK (settlement based on the exchange rate of the day). For cash payments, only RMB is accepted.
If you need to fill out an insurance form, please consult hospital staff for details; a fee will be charged accordingly.

6. Special Circumstances Explanation

Due to individual differences among examinees, if a large or complex lesion is found, the doctor may not treat it directly during the examination, but will instead provide a detailed explanation and subsequent treatment plan through the report.
The package does not include the cost of therapeutic medications; these must be purchased separately if needed. All settlements at Zheng Guan Hospital are in RMB. Any discounts or promotions offered by the platform are the platform's own initiative.

7. Pre-examination precautions
Our hospital will provide detailed guidance online/on-site based on your specific situation.

8. Inspection Process

The examinee completes the pre-examination questionnaire and learns about the relevant risks.
The endoscopist and anesthesiologist will assess whether the patient is suitable for this examination.
After bowel preparation, I arrived at the hospital.
After changing into a special examination gown and receiving intravenous anesthesia, an endoscopic examination and treatment of the colon and rectum will be performed via the anus (if necessary).
The whole process takes 20-50 minutes.
After you have fully regained consciousness in the recovery room, the doctor will provide a detailed interpretation of your report, medication instructions, and explanations of precautions.
Enjoy nutritious foods as an energy supplement after the examination.
Once all questions are answered, you may leave the hospital.

9. Post-examination precautions
Due to individual differences, our staff will provide detailed guidance after the examination, so please rest assured.

10. Contraindications

After evaluation by a gastroenterologist, the patient is deemed unable to tolerate colonoscopy, such as during the acute phase of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases.
After assessment by the anesthesiologist, it was determined that there was a significant risk associated with anesthesia.

I. Endoscopy Appointment Guidelines

After receiving the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife, Actview Endoscopy Hospital will contact you via WhatsApp or email within 1–2 working days during office hours. You may also contact the hospital at least one working day in advance to schedule your appointment.

Upon arrival, hospital staff will verify your name, date of birth, mobile number, and the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife.

Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule, please contact the hospital at least 2 working days in advance using the contact details above.

Validity Period:
The endoscopy package is valid for 3 months from the date of payment confirmation. The examination must be completed within this period; otherwise, the package will be void.

Language Support:
If the attending doctor does not speak Cantonese, Actview Endoscopy Hospital can arrange medical staff to assist with translation or communicate in English.

Language Priority:
In case of discrepancies between the Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese versions of the merchant or check-up plan pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Endoscopy Report Collection and Explanation

On the day of your endoscopy, you may choose the language of your report (Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese).

Once the procedure is complete and you are fully awake, the endoscopy doctor will explain the report and hand it to you.

If a pathology examination is required:

The pathology report will be provided within 5 working days.
You will confirm the delivery method on the day of the examination (email or in-person follow-up appointment).

Pathology Report Delivery Options:

Email: The hospital will send the report to your provided email address.
Postal Mail: The report can be mailed to your designated address. Postage is cash-on-delivery (available for Hong Kong and Macau).

Report Explanation Options:

Phone Consultation: The hospital will contact you one day in advance to confirm the time. The doctor will call you at the scheduled time.
In-Person Consultation: The hospital will contact you one day in advance to confirm your visit time. You will meet the doctor at the hospital for a face-to-face explanation.
