Dietary Guidelines

• On the day of the health check, please fast in the morning and avoid taking any medication.
• Do not eat after 8:00 PM the night before (small amounts of water are allowed).
• Avoid greasy or hard-to-digest foods and alcohol for three days prior to the check-up.
• Ensure adequate sleep and avoid strenuous exercise or emotional stress.

Blood Test Guidelines

• For items requiring blood tests, please fast for 8–12 hours before the examination.
• After needle removal, press the site with a sterile cotton ball for 3 minutes until bleeding stops.
• If you experience dizziness or fainting during blood draws, please inform medical staff in advance.

Examination Guidelines

• For X-ray examinations, do not wear clothing with metal objects or accessories. Pregnant women should avoid X-ray and gynecological examinations.
• Individuals planning pregnancy within six months, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women should avoid radiation-related tests such as DR, CT, and Carbon-14 breath tests.
• Gynecological or transvaginal ultrasound examinations are limited to married women or those with sexual experience.
• Female patients should avoid gynecological and urine tests during menstruation; these can be completed after the period ends.

I. Notice for Appointment Physical Examination

·The customer received from Health Online Shopping health.ESDlife After sending the email confirming the successful order, the medical center will call the customer within 1-2 working days during office hours to schedule a physical examination time and location. ·After the customer arrives at the site, the medical center staff will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and health online shopping health.ESDlife Email confirming successful order.
·If the order needs to be rescheduled, please contact the medical center at least 1 working day in advance (contact phone: +86 400-995-3330 or +86 0755-29951118;).
·The validity period of the physical examination plan is 3 months, and customers must undergo relevant examinations within 3 months (calculated from the confirmed payment date). Failure to do so will result in invalidation.
·During the physical examination, if the doctor does not speak Cantonese, the medical center can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
·If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the medical examination plan page, the simplified Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Collection and explanation of physical examination report
·Guests can confirm the language of the report on the medical examination day (traditional Chinese or simplified Chinese can be selected).
·The medical examination report will be completed within 10 working days after the examination. Customers can choose the following ways to view the medical examination report:
1. After the medical examination report is completed, the medical center will upload the official account, and customers can view the report through the official account.
2. Reserve E-mail， The medical center will send the report to the customer's email address after completion.
3. Reserve an email address, and the medical center will mail the report after completion. The postage will be paid on delivery (it can be delivered to Hong Kong and Macau).
·After completing the physical examination report, customers can make an appointment with a doctor to explain the report. Customers can choose from the following channels:
1. Telephone explanation: It is necessary to make a specific appointment at least one working day in advance (contact number: +86 400-995-3330 or +86 0755-29951118), and the doctor will proactively contact the customer according to the appointment time.
2. In person explanation: It is necessary to make a specific appointment at least one working day in advance (contact phone: +86 400-995-3330 or +86 0755-29951118), and the physical examination client should come to the medical center at the agreed time to listen to the doctor's in person explanation.

III. Disclaimer
In case of controversy, health.ESDlife and The Medical Center reserve the right of final decision.
