Reporting Arrangements

Health check-up check-in:
- Those scheduled for physical examinations should arrive within their appointed time slot on the day of their appointment, which is between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Examinations will not be conducted after 12:00 PM. If an examinee arrives later than their scheduled time slot, the hospital may decide whether to postpone the examination to the next available time slot that day, depending on the number of examinees. If an examinee arrives after 12:00 PM, a new appointment must be scheduled, and the hospital reserves the right to refuse service for that appointment.
- To ensure a smooth medical examination process, examinees must bring their identification documents and follow the instructions for medical examination to go to the hospital to complete the registration and other related procedures on the scheduled date and time.
- Regarding the report, the hospital is responsible for issuing the client's physical examination report. The electronic report will be issued within 7-10 working days from the date the client completes all physical examination items. The client can obtain the electronic report through the "Shenzhen Beiyi Rehabilitation Hospital" WeChat official account (detailed steps for checking the physical examination report will be notified via SMS).
After the medical examination report is issued, if the client needs report interpretation or follow-up, they can call 0755-33269800 to make an appointment.
