Usage
1) Chop the pig knuckle (pork hock) into smaller pieces, clean well and bring to boil with ginger and green onions, turn off the heat immediately after the water becomes boiling.
2) Soak the herbs for15 minutes.
3) Put all ingredients (the pig knuckle and all the herbs) with 3 slices of ginger in the pot and add 8 bowls of water (250c.c. per bowl)
4) Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for one hour.
