Herpes zoster (commonly known as shingles) is an infectious disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus. The virus will hide in the nervous system of the patient after recovery from chickenpox. When the body's immunity decreases, such as with aging or under stress, there is a chance of triggering the occurrence of shingles. The infected area first develops into a painful, band-like rash with blisters. Patients may also have to endure nerve pain (postherpetic neuralgia (PHN)) that lasts for a period of time after recovery.

Validity
Health Checkup Package with 6 months validity. Registration must be completed within 6 months, counting from the date of purchase. Reservations are taken one month in advance. Invalid if expires.
Report
Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be provided within 5 to 12 working days (exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). A delay in processing the reports due to the following reasons: 1. Specific testing period requested by client, 2. Some items take more times to test

- All medical records will be destroyed after 3 months. Please note an administration fee may be charged $150 for additional copies.
- Mailing of reports is at the client's own risk.
- All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment. If patients require a referral letter of doctor, will be charged $230 for this service.
