This package covers blood sugar control, pancreatic function, diabetes autoantibodies, cardiovascular and renal function risks based on actual items. Common items are suitable for both men and women, while gender-specific items are arranged according to the examinee's gender to help understand the relevant health risks.


Preparation before physical examination

  1. One to three days before the physical examination, it is advisable to maintain a light diet, avoid high-fat, high-sugar foods, animal organs and alcohol; avoid strenuous exercise and staying up late, and get enough sleep.
  2. The package includes blood tests, blood sugar tests, blood lipid tests, liver and kidney function tests, or an upper abdominal ultrasound. Please begin fasting at the time notified by the hospital. Whether you can drink water during the fasting period is subject to the hospital's instructions.
  3. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, or other chronic illnesses should not stop taking their medication on their own. Please inform the hospital in advance of any medications you are currently taking and follow the instructions of your doctor or medical staff to take your medication on the day of your physical examination.
  4. Please bring your valid identification documents and relevant medical records, imaging reports, or implanted device information (if applicable) on the day of your physical examination.
  5. Before undergoing an MRI, individuals must declare any pacemakers, cochlear implants, metal implants, surgical clips, foreign objects, or other implanted devices, and medical staff must confirm whether they are suitable for the examination.
  6. Coronary angiography may involve contrast agents and medications. Please inform the hospital in advance of any abnormal kidney function, thyroid disease, history of allergies to medications or contrast agents, as well as your pregnancy or planning to conceive. Please also follow the hospital's instructions for preparation.

On the day of the inspection

  1. When you arrive at the hospital, please truthfully inform the medical staff about your past medical history, surgical records, allergies, long-term medications, and your physical condition on that day.
  2. Fasting tests such as blood tests, blood glucose tests, blood lipid tests, liver and kidney function tests, and upper abdominal ultrasound should be completed in the order of the guided examinations. Do not eat before these tests are completed, and follow the hospital's instructions for water intake.
  3. Before undergoing an ultrasound of the urinary system, bladder, or prostate, it may be necessary to keep the bladder full; please drink water and hold your urination as instructed by healthcare professionals.
  4. Before undergoing a CT scan, please remove any metal jewelry and other items that may affect the images as instructed. If contrast agents are involved, allergy history, kidney function, and hospital requirements must be confirmed again.
  5. Before undergoing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), mobile phones, bank cards, watches, jewelry, and other metal or magnetic items must be left outside the examination area; if you feel unwell during the examination, please notify the staff immediately.
  6. Please complete each examination item according to the checklist; if you feel unwell or are unable to complete an examination, please notify the staff immediately and confirm the re-examination or reschedule before leaving the hospital.

Reporting Arrangements

After all examinations are completed, the hospital will provide report interpretation according to the package arrangement, and a doctor will explain the report (by phone/in person) to help the examinee understand the results of each examination; the actual report time and explanation arrangement are subject to confirmation by the hospital.

Instructions for scheduling a physical examination

  • After receiving the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the medical center will contact the customer within 1-2 business days during office hours to schedule a physical examination. Customers may also contact the medical center at least 1 business day in advance to schedule an appointment (contact number: 0769-22668800).
  • Our hospital operates on a full appointment system. We will not be able to provide services to you if you come to the hospital without an appointment. Please contact customer service for consultation or to make an appointment before or after placing an order.
  • Once the customer arrives at the site, the medical center staff will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and the email address indicating successful order from health.ESDlife online shopping platform.
  • If you need to reschedule your order, please contact the medical center at least one business day in advance (Tel: 0769-22668800).
  • The physical examination plan is valid for 3 months. Customers must undergo the relevant examination within 3 months (starting from the date of payment confirmation). Otherwise, it will be invalid.
  • When purchasing a health checkup package, please confirm the package quantity and specifications, and fill in the correct mobile phone number when placing the order.
  • If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health checkup plan page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

Medical examination report collection and explanation

  • The medical examination report is in Simplified Chinese.
  • The health checkup center is open from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Please bring your valid ID to the center for your checkup.
  • Medical examination reports are typically available 3-7 business days after the examination. Please contact our staff if you have any questions. Clients can view their medical examination reports through the following methods:

1. Please provide your email address. The medical center will send the report to your email address after it is completed.

  • After completing the medical examination report, you can schedule an appointment to have the doctor explain the report. Clients can choose from the following channels:

1.Telephone consultation: Please make an appointment at least one business day in advance (contact number: 0769-22668800). The doctor will contact you at the appointed time.

2.In-person explanation: You need to make an appointment at least one business day in advance (contact number: 0769-22668800). The medical examination client will listen to the doctor's explanation in person at the medical center at the appointed time.
