Eu Yan Sang Bak Foong Pills (Small Pill) is made from more than twenty Chinese medicines. Following the direction and dose instructions, it helps to ease menstrual discomforts, replenish blood and invigorate vital energy, provide nourishment to mothers after childbirth, improve complexion and strengthen the body. Bak Foong Pills is an empirical formula for promoting general health in women.

Indications
For conditions marked by deficiency of blood and vital energy, manifested as menstrual discomforts, giddiness, fatigue, cold limbs, pale complexion, body weakness, soreness in the lower back, and general weakness after childbirth.
Ingredients
Radix Astragali, Poria, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Processed Radix Polygalae, Processed Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Processed Herba Leonuri, Fructus Amomi, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng Rubra Powder, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum Powder, Cortex Cinnamomi Powder, Cortex Eucommiae, Processed Musculus et Os Galli Domestici, etc.
How to use
To be taken with lukewarm water, or light saline, or dissolve the pills into hot water and drink the solution. It is advised to be taken on empty stomach.
Recommended Dosage
To improve complexion and strengthen the body-Four sachets twice weekly. It can be taken in two divided doses morning and night.
To ease menstrual discomforts, improve constitution with qi and blood deficiency-Four sachets three times weekly. It can be taken in two divided doses morning and night.
For postnatal weakness - Four sachets daily, taken after no more discharge of lochia (normally ten days after childbirth). It can be taken in two divided doses morning and night.
Storage
Please store in a cool, dry place.
Caution
Not to be taken while suffering from cough, influenza, fever, during pregnancy and menstruation.
This product is made with pure Chinese medicine. No preservative or artificial colouring.
