Before check-up
★ Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, consuming spicy, greasy, or hard-to-digest foods, animal liver, and blood-containing foods in the days leading up to the examination.
★ Avoid eating and strenuous exercise after 8 p.m. the night before check-up and ensure you get enough sleep.
★ On the morning of the examination, do not eat or drink anything, as this will affect the accuracy of the examination results (except for those taking medication).
★ On the day of the check-up, please bring your ID card, do not bring valuable items, and try not to wear contact lenses.
★ Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, or asthma should bring their medications with them, and it's advisable to continue taking it on the day of the examination.
★ For diabetic patients, due to the long fasting period, please have your blood sample taken as early as possible to avoid hypoglycemia and ketoacidosis.
If you experience symptoms such as palpitations, shortness of breath, or cold sweats, eat something immediately to ensure safety.
★If you have a fever or other acute symptoms on the day of the medical examination, please seek medicine help immediately. We will reschedule the medical examination.
