Patient privacy is protected throughout the process and a detailed report explanation is provided after the check-up. Additionally, we provide professional lifestyle (diet, exercise) recommendations based on the results to jointly manage your health.
Before check-up
★ Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, consuming spicy, greasy, or hard-to-digest foods, animal liver, and blood-containing foods in the days leading up to the examination.
★ Avoid eating and strenuous exercise after 8 p.m. the night before check-up and ensure you get enough sleep.
★ On the morning of the examination, do not eat or drink anything, as this will affect the accuracy of the examination results (except for those taking medication).
★ On the day of the check-up, please bring your ID card, do not bring valuable items, and try not to wear contact lenses.
★ Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, or asthma should bring their medications with them, and it's advisable to continue taking it on the day of the examination.
★ For diabetic patients, due to the long fasting period, please have your blood sample taken as early as possible to avoid hypoglycemia and ketoacidosis.
If you experience symptoms such as palpitations, shortness of breath, or cold sweats, eat something immediately to ensure safety.
★If you have a fever or other acute symptoms on the day of the medical examination, please seek medicine help immediately. We will reschedule the medical examination.
Notes for female clients
1. Gynecological examinations are only available to married individuals or those with a history of sexual activity. Please refrain from submitting urine samples during menstruation and avoid gynecological examinations three days before, during and after menstruation.
2. Please inform the medical personnel in advance if you are or may be pregnant and refrain from undergoing gynecological examinations and X-rays.
3. If you are required to undergo a gynecological ultrasound after fasting for the special examination, kindly consume 400 to 500 ml of water one hour prior to the examination. This ensures the accuracy of the examination results by filling the bladder.
4. To enhance the examination process, we recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing if possible. Avoid wearing one piece dresses, other one piece clothings, or high boots. Try to refrain from wearing necklaces or other accessories and refrain from wearing garments with metal buttons and bras. On the day of the examination, avoid doing makeup if possible.
