This program is suitable for men and women aged 18 and above who are receiving their first or regular health check-ups.

The predictive risk assessments include the following:

Diabetic retinopathy, 39 types of fundus changes, including: Macular abnormalities (age-related macular degeneration), Pathological myopia, Retinal arteriosclerosis, Hypertensive retinopathy, Glaucoma (increased cup-to-disc ratio), Stroke, Venous obstruction/optic nerve abnormalities etc, 9 risk assessments, including: Risk of arteriosclerosis, Risk of glucose metabolism issues, Risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Risk of anemia, Risk of macular vision loss, Risk of brain tumors

Customers should call the respective center to make an appointment after receiving the successful payment confirmation email from health.ESDlife.com.

Age
All health check plans, AI retinal camera health screenings and hearing tests are only applicable to individuals aged 18 and above.

Validity
The health check plan is valid for one year. Customers must undergo the relevant checks within one year (from the payment confirmation date) and should make appointments in advance; otherwise, it will expire.

Reports

Hearing Test: The report will be explained by center staff on the day of the test. The center will not provide physical or paper reports.
AI Retinal Camera Health Screening: The report will be explained by center staff on the day of the screening, and a physical report will be provided immediately.
