HKBH Ambulatory Medical Centre - ESDLife Urban Health Check Plan
This plan is specially designed for urban dwellers. It covers basic blood tests for "Three Hypers" (blood glucose, blood pressure, and blood lipids), gout, as well as an upper abdomen ultrasound and a low-dose chest CT scan. The low-dose chest CT scan is one of the effective methods for for lung cancer screening, capable of detecting extremely small lung lesions, including tumors smaller than 0.3 cm.
HKBH Ambulatory Medical Centre (Ngau Tau Kok) Terms and Conditions:
- HKBH Ambulatory Medical Centre will contact customers for health check booking within 2 working days after they have received payment confirmation email from health.ESDlife. Alternatively, customers may call the Centre (2123 1127) for enquiries 2 working days after receiving the confirmation.
- Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of health.ESDlife and HKBH Ambulatory Medical Centre should be final.
All-For-Joy Health Plan (For 60 years old or above) Terms and Conditions
- All-For-Joy Health Plan (For 60 years old or above) is only applicable to the card holders of JoyYou (i.e. eligible Hong Kong residents aged 60 or above). Customers have to present a valid JoyYou card upon visit to enjoy the service.
Age:
- Physical check-up plan is applicable to people aged 18 or above only.
- Premium Woman Health Plan (3D Mammogram): Recommended for 40 years old or above female.
- Premium Man Health Plan: Recommended for 45 years old or above male.
- All-For-Joy Elderly Health Plan (For 60 years old or above): Recommended for 60 years old or above
Validity:
- The health check package is only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Reporting:
- In general, it takes 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to follow up on the report upon completion of the health check.
- Waiting time would be prolonged depending on the situation (e.g. the time needed for selected examinations or the a selected time slot preferred by the customer).
