1.  After successful payment, customer will receive a redemption email within 3 weeks included the redemption voucher code offered from hutchgo.com.
2. Once customer has chosen the premium of “hutchgo travel voucher”, it cannot be replaced with another premiums and customer cannot change or cancel the purchased body check plans.
3. The e-voucher must be redeemed within 6 months after issue, the specific expiry date will be listed in redemption email. Please check the redemption email and redemption period clearly, for any cases which customer forget to redeem before deadline or fail to receive redemption code due to filling wrong email address etc, health.ESDlife will not grant back the e voucher or offer any compensation of other premium.
4. Travel Period is subject to seat availability of flights and rooms availability of hotels on hutchgo.com platforms.
5. The e-coupon code is only applicable for booking of flights, hotels and packages at hutchgo website (www.hutchgo.com.hk) and hutchgo mobile application only. It is not applicable for any applicable taxes, cost of levy, fuel surcharges and hutchgo administrative fee (if any).
6. This e-voucher can only be used once.
8. Only one e-coupon code can be used for each transaction, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither.

If flight ticket or hotel bookings redeemed by the e-voucher code fails to depart or stay due to any force majeure factors (such as flight cancellation, rescheduling, failure to leave the country or compulsory quarantine caused by the pandemic), hutchgo is not responsible for any loss and will not make any refund or compensation of the e-voucher code used.
13. This e-voucher cannot be used for air ticket paid to the Air Carrier or hotel booking settled at the hotel front desk.
