The redemption code is only applicable for booking of ONE Second-class round-trip High Speed Rail ticket from Hong Kong West Kowloon station to Futian and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates.
All tickets redemption must be made through redemption website (https://www.hutchgo.com.hk/healthesd). Fill in and submit the online redemption form to hutchgo. hutchgo will issue the e-tickets to your email within 1-2 working days upon successful redemption.
If hutchgo is unable to process the redemption for your selected travelling date due to supply limitations, you will receive a notification via email, and customers may reply to the email to request a change to their preferred date.
You must ensure that your name matches exactly with the name stated on your travel document during redemption; otherwise, you may lose the eligibility for redemption. If the passenger is unable to check in due to any information mismatch, Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo) is not responsible for any loss.
You must have all the documentation required for cross-border travel, including your valid ID and any endorsements or visas.
The redemption validity period is two months (inclusive of the start and end dates).
Blackout period is from 29 Mar – 08 Apr 2026, 30 Apr – 03 May 2026, 18 – 22 Jun 2026.
8. Passengers can only book tickets up to 15 days in advance. For travel dates more than 15 days away, hutchgo will reserve a ticket for you. When tickets for your selected travel date become available for sale, hutchgo will automatically book the ticket for you. However, successful redemption will depend on the seat availability for the travel date selected by the passenger.
Redemption is suggested be done at least 3 working days before preferred travel time.
For any unused services, refund is not applicable and not valid for exchange of other services. Any expired or invalid redemption code will not be re-issued.
Travel voucher cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.
Once the redemption is confirmed, amendment, refund or rebook is not allowed.
If the redeemed ticket failed for staying due to any force majeure factors (such as cancellation, rescheduling, failure to leave the country or compulsory quarantine caused by pandemic), Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo) is not responsible for any loss and will not make any refund or compensation of the redemption code used.
Applicable terms & conditions and privacy statement available on the website of hutchgo shall apply to all travel product bookings.
In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Explanation of Report by Doctor

Health Check Precautions

Pre-Examination Preparation:

1. Do not eat after 11:00 PM the night before the examination. On the day of the examination, maintain at least 8 hours of fasting (you may drink up to 50 ml of plain water) to ensure accurate blood test results for diabetes.

2. On the day of the examination, do not wear jewelry such as necklaces or metal items, and wear loose, easily removable clothing.

3. Do not wear contact lenses on the day of the examination. Please bring framed glasses for intraocular pressure measurement.

4. Diabetic patients taking oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin injections should not take or inject them on the morning of the examination. Please bring your medication or insulin and take/inject it after completing fasting-related tests. For those taking other chronic medications, follow your doctor’s instructions and take them on the morning of the examination with 10-30 ml of plain water as needed. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via phone or WeChat.

I. Notes for Health Check Appointment

After receiving the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife, Jiahui Health will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the health check within 1-2 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by contacting Jiahui Health at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 0755-29395000; WeChat: JIAHUI_SZ).
Upon arrival, the staff of Jiahui Health will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.
If the customer wants to reschedule the order, please contact Jiahui Health at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 0755-29395000; WeChat: JIAHUI_SZ).
The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months. Customers must undergo the relevant checkup within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.
During the health check, if customers encounter a doctor who does not speak Cantonese, Jiahui Health can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report

Customers can confirm the language of the report on the day of the health check (choices include Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or English).
The health report will be sent within 10 working days after the health check. Customers can choose the following methods to view the report:
1. After the report is issued, Jiahui Health will send a reminder message to the APP of Jiahui Health to remind the customer to check the report.
2. Email: Provide an email address, and Jiahui Health will send the report to the customer's email upon completion.
After the report is completed, customers can schedule an appointment with a doctor to explain the report. The following channels are available:
1. Telephone explanation: Need to make an appointment at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 0755-29395000; WeChat: JIAHUI_SZ). The doctor will contact the customer proactively at the scheduled time.
2. Face-to-face explanation: Need to make an appointment at least 1 working day in advance (Contact phone Number: +86 0755-29395000; WeChat: JIAHUI_SZ). The customer should go to Jiahui Health at the appointed time to listen to the doctor's face-to-face explanation. Available location for face-to-face consultation:
  - 2/F, Rongchao Chamber of Commerce Center, No. 168 Fuhua 3rd Road, Futian District, Shenzhen City (High-Speed Rail Station - Liancheng Xintiandi Exit B6).
