KingMed Diagnostics (Hong Kong) Limited Terms and Conditions:

Customers will be informed within 1-2 working days. Customers also can query your transaction in the next working days (General Enquiry Hotline: 2919 7222)
The health check package would be valid till for one year since the date of transaction. The customer has to complete the service within the period of validity. No refund is allowed for any successful transaction.

Report:

Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be ready around 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday). A delay in processing some requests due to the following reasons: 1. Some items take more time for test, 2. indicate the specific selective.
Collect at clinic : Customers attend the clinic and has the report explanation by doctor face to face personally after the report is released. Doctor consultation fee is included in package price already, no additional charge is needed.
Collect at KingMed branches: Customers can choose to collect report at branches and shall contact KingMed Diagnostics (General Enquiry Hotline: 2919 7222) upon receipt. Customers will be informed about the consultation time with doctor by clinic within 5 working days afterward.
Receive by post mail : Customers can also choose to receive report by post mail, please indicate during registration at branches, and pay the post fee in cash (Local mail $15; Registration$30). Customers are responsible for the risk of mailing the report. Please call General Enquiry Hotline: 2919 7222 upon receipt, customers will be informed about the consultation time with doctor by clinic within 5 working days afterward.
For all medical reports, No telephone explanation service is provided.
