1. The Redemption Period for the redemption code is from Now – 30 April 2026 (both days inclusive). 2. Travel Period is from Now – 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive and including blackout period), and is subject to seat availability on the selected flights. 3. Blackout period is: 13-20 February 2026, 29 Mar – 8 Apr 2026, 30 Apr – 3 May 2026, 18 – 22 Jun 2026 4. The ticket redemption is only applicable for booking of an economy class round-trip flight ticket for the destination based on the prize that the eligible customer is entitled in the Promotion (Taipei) and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. 5. Passenger must be at the age of 12 or above. 6. Ticket is only applicable for the flight departing from Hong Kong to Taipei and is marketed and operated by Starlux Airlines (JX). Passengers cannot select the preferred operators and travel time. Redemption is subjected to seat availability of preferred travel dates. 7. A checked-in luggage is included. 8. Ticket price excludes all applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, passenger fuel surcharge and carrier surcharges, and additional check-in baggage. The relevant fees and charges should be settled by the passenger. 9. It is recommended to redeem flight tickets at least 3–5 working days before the flight departure. 10. All flight ticket redemptions must be booked through the hutchgo redemption platform at https://campaign.hutchgo.com/zh-hk/home/verify. Only one redemption code can be used for redemption, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither. 12. Once the redemption is confirmed, refund, rebook or amendment is not allowed. 14. After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the check up centre will call Customer to schedule the appointment within the next working day.
The health check package is only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After which, the confirmation letter will not be accepted.
No refund is allowed once the Order has been confirmed.
The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discount coupons and cash vouchers.
The Health Check Service included checkup report, health recommendation and telephone consultation. If necessary, Customer can make an appointment with the doctor, face-to-face, going through the reports in details (additional consultation fee is required)
Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in 7 to 10 working days. Customer can collect the report in person or authorized someone else for collection.
MediFast International Limited has the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the promotion offers from time to time without prior notice.

Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
Doctor's consultation is included prior to the 1st dose of vaccine. Doctor’s consultation fee of HK$300 applies if patient is not suitable for the vaccine injection after Doctor's consultation.
In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
