Taipei Tickets Terms and Conditions:
1. The Redemption Period for the redemption code is from Now – 30 April 2026 (both days inclusive). 2. Travel Period is from Now – 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive and including blackout period), and is subject to seat availability on the selected flights. 3. Blackout period is: 13-20 February 2026, 29 Mar – 8 Apr 2026, 30 Apr – 3 May 2026, 18 – 22 Jun 2026 4. The ticket redemption is only applicable for booking of an economy class round-trip flight ticket for the destination based on the prize that the eligible customer is entitled in the Promotion (Taipei) and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. 5. Passenger must be at the age of 12 or above. 6. Ticket is only applicable for the flight departing from Hong Kong to Taipei and is marketed and operated by Starlux Airlines (JX). Passengers cannot select the preferred operators and travel time. Redemption is subjected to seat availability of preferred travel dates. 7. A checked-in luggage is included. 8. Ticket price excludes all applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, passenger fuel surcharge and carrier surcharges, and additional check-in baggage. The relevant fees and charges should be settled by the passenger. 9. It is recommended to redeem flight tickets at least 3–5 working days before the flight departure. 10. All flight ticket redemptions must be booked through the hutchgo redemption platform at https://campaign.hutchgo.com/zh-hk/home/verify. For detailed redemption instructions, please refer to this link. 11. Only one redemption code can be used for redemption, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither. 12. Any unused services, refund is not applicable and not valid for exchange of other services. Any expired or invalid redemption code will not be re-issued. 13. Once the redemption is confirmed, refund, rebook or amendment is not allowed. 14. You must not store the redemption Code in a data retrieval system outside of this website; or reproduce, copy, change or publish the redemption Code in any form or by any means; or misuse redemption Code. Any of the foregoing acts is a violation of the terms and conditions of redemption Code, which may result in the rejection or cancellation of the relevant redemption Code. Passenger is advised to check with the latest Government outbound/inbound travel alert or immigration restrictions for both departure/arrival destinations before planning the trip, including but not limited to those measures in relation to COVID-19. Passenger acknowledges that such measures may be adopted rapidly which sometimes occur during the travel. 17. Passenger is reminded to comply with the immigration rules and regulations concerning the conditions of stay in destination(s) and/or transfer. 18. Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letters upon registration.
Health check package's validity is 6 months from the date of purchase. Registration must be completed within 6 months.
No refund is allowed once the Order has been confirmed.
Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in within 10-14 working days.
No changes are allowed on the optional items once the appointment is made.
Additional / optional items are only applicable after selecting the check up plan and for the same person
In case of any dispute, the decision of health.ESDlife and Medtimes Medical Group should be final.
The vaccination injection:
Normal vaccination with 6 months validity. Registration must be completed within 6 months. Reservations are taken one month in advance. Invalid exceeds the period.
This transaction is subject to the assessment by doctor for the suitability of vaccine injection. If a patient is considered not suitable for the vaccine injection upon doctor’s consultation, the full amount will be refunded.
The vaccination injection process is handled by doctor, registered nurse or medical professional.
