1. Health Check Appointment Guidelines

After receiving the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife, customers are advised to contact Noah Healthcare via phone or WeChat at least two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment.

Upon arrival, Noah Healthcare staff will verify the customer’s name, date of birth, mobile number, and the health.ESDlife order confirmation email.

The health check plan is valid for 90 days from the payment confirmation date. Customers must complete the check-up within this period; otherwise, the plan will expire.

If the attending doctor does not speak Cantonese, Noah Healthcare can arrange medical staff to provide translation assistance.

In case of any discrepancies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page or health check plan page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

2. Health Check Report Collection and Explanation

• Reports will be provided in Simplified Chinese.
• Reports will be sent to your personal WeChat or email within 7 working days.
• If you require a report explanation, you may book an offline consultation with a doctor or arrange an online consultation.
