In the view of Chinese medicine, people who suffer from internal dampness are generally having slower metabolism. The belief is related to the weakened functions of the lung, spleen or kidney systems. Symptoms of internal dampness include loss of appetite, heavy limbs, fatigue, cold hands and feet, oily skin, sticky stools and nausea, which can be alleviated by promoting body metabolism, fluid conversion and overall circulation.

The Dampness Dispelling Treatment, provided by Quality HealthCare Chinese Medicine Centre, uses cupping and external application of herbal medicine to improve overall metabolism and strengthen blood circulation, in order to dispel internal dampness. Our Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioners will assess the physical condition of each patient and tailor-made treatment regime that suits his/her needs in order to strengthen the treatment effect.

Principle:

Cupping

Cupping can warm the body and promote blood circulations in the meridians
It can eliminate stasis, relieve fatigue, and enhance functions of the lungs, spleen and kidneys
By clearing and opening the meridians, it helps improve overall metabolism and eliminate the cold and dampness inside the body

External Application for Dampness Dispelling

Eliminate dampness by combining external application of herbal medicines and cupping technique
The herbal medicines are only applied topically to certain parts of the body. The active ingredient of the preparation of the herbal medicines can be absorbed through the skin
Other than reducing muscle stiffness and improving blood circulation, the herbal medicines can also possess dampness-dispelling effects on the body

If persons aged 18 or younger wish to receive treatment, their parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form prior to the treatment.
Customers are suggested to undergo dampness dispelling treatment once a week.
This treatment does not include Chinese herbal medicine which shall be charged separately.
This treatment can only be used at the designated Quality Healthcare Chinese Medicine Centre(s) as shown above. Please contact the designated clinic for appointment.
Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) on the appointment day for verification.

Quality HealthCare – Health check up packages terms and conditions

Quality HealthCare will contact the customer within 3 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call hotline at 8100 8138 / Whatsapp 8301 8301 for booking.
Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter or email on the appointment day.
Physical check up plan is applicable to people aged 18 or above only.
Physical check up plan is not applicable on Sunday and Public Holidays.
Eye examination is not applicable on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
The plan will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
Check Up Report: After the health check up, it usually takes about 7-14 working days to process the inspection report. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This time frames are for guidelines only & do not reflect the actual time might be needed (e.g. the timeframe might change depend on the individual test has taken or specific timeslot requested by the customer).
Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.

Quality HealthCare – Vaccination (Flu Vaccine excluded)

Quality HealthCare will contact the customer within 3 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call hotline at 8100 8138 / Whatsapp 8301 8301 for booking.
Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter or email on the appointment day.
The plan will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
Hepatitis antigen and antibody report issued in last 3 months must be presented prior to Hepatitis vaccination. Extra fee for blood test will be applied if you cannot present a valid report.
Doctor's consultation is included prior to the 1st dose of vaccine. Doctor’s consultation fee of HK$300 applies if patient is not suitable for the vaccine injection after Doctor's consultation.
In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
The provision of any vaccines shall be subject to availability, which may not be guaranteed after the purchase or appointment made.
Vaccination is not applicable to Jordan (Diagnostic & Imaging Centre).

Quality HealthCare – Eye Check

Quality HealthCare will contact the customer within 3 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call physical check-up hotline at 8100 8138 for booking.
The physical check-up plan is available at designated Quality HealthCare Physical Check-up Centres.
Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) on the appointment day.
This product is applicable to people aged 3 or above only.
Physical check-up plan is not applicable on Sundays and Public Holidays.
The redemption will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.

Quality HealthCare – Traditional Chinese Medicine

After successful payment, customers can call designed Quality HealthCare Chinese Medicine Centre for appointment during working hours
Chinese medicine treatment is applicable at designed Quality HealthCare Chinese Medicine Centre.
All treatments are valid for 3 months after purchase.
Prior appointment is required and services are non-transferrable.
Whole package must be completed in the designated centres and by designated TCM practitioner.
If a person aged 18 or younger wishes to receive treatment, the parent or guardian must sign a consent form prior to the treatment.
This treatment does not include Chinese herbal medicine for consumption or additional Chinese herbal medicine, which shall be charged separately.
This treatment can be used at designated Quality Healthcare Chinese Medicine Centres and prior appointment of at least 2 days in advance by customer after purchase is required: Kwun Tong Millennium City 5 and Tseung Kwan O Pop Walk 2.
The redemption will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
