According to past surveillance data, the activity of seasonal influenza usually peaked between January and March/April whereas another peak during July to August could also be observed. To protect yourself and your family and friends, it is advised to get vaccinated early!

Given that seasonal influenza vaccines can safely and effectively prevent influenza and its complications, individuals aged 6 months or above, except those with known contraindications to the vaccine, should receive one dose of seasonal influenza vaccination annually for personal protection. For children aged between 6 months to under 9 years old who have never received this vaccine, it is recommended that they receive two doses of the seasonal influenza vaccine.

Influenza viruses continually evolve with new virus strains emerging unpredictably, and the vaccine composition is updated every year based on the circulating influenza virus strains. According to the data from the World Health Organization, when the vaccine strains closely match with the circulating influenza viruses, the efficacy of the vaccine typically ranges from 70% to 90% in individuals aged under 65 years old. Therefore, it is advised to get vaccinated against influenza annually to effectively prevent influenza. Upon vaccination, it usually takes around two weeks for the body to develop sufficient antibodies to provide protection against the virus. It is recommended to get vaccinated at least two weeks before the start of the influenza season in order to be adequately protected during the flu season.

Terms & Conditions

Customers are required to take the vaccination during the vaccination period (from 1 September 2026 – 28 February 2027).
Customers are required to make a booking for flu vaccination services through the Quality HealthCare Mobile App or WhatsApp 8301 8301 from 1 August 2026 onwards. Customer may also walk in with the required identity document to designated clinics for same day vaccination from 1 September 2026.
This vaccination plan is only available at designated Quality HealthCare Medical Centre(s) as shown above.
Customers must present their identity card, order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) and completed consent form to the designated clinic for verification before vaccination.
The product is not applicable to Vaccination Subsidy Scheme.
The product is applicable to individuals aged 6 months or above (age as at the date of vaccination).
Individuals aged below 18 (age as at the date of vaccination) MUST be accompanied by their parent(s)/guardian(s), who will sign on the consent form on behalf of the enrolees in the clinic.
No amendment to the vaccination service ordered is allowed once payment is confirmed. Any fees paid will not be transferable and will not be refundable.
In case of disputes, the decision of Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited shall be final.

Quality HealthCare – Health check up packages terms and conditions

Quality HealthCare will contact the customer within 3 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call hotline at 8100 8138 / Whatsapp 8301 8301 for booking.
Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter or email on the appointment day.
Physical check up plan is applicable to people aged 18 or above only.
Physical check up plan is not applicable on Sunday and Public Holidays.
Eye examination is not applicable on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
The plan will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
Check Up Report: After the health check up, it usually takes about 7-14 working days to process the inspection report. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This time frames are for guidelines only & do not reflect the actual time might be needed (e.g. the timeframe might change depend on the individual test has taken or specific timeslot requested by the customer).
Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.

Quality HealthCare – Vaccination (Flu Vaccine excluded)

Quality HealthCare will contact the customer within 3 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call hotline at 8100 8138 / Whatsapp 8301 8301 for booking.
Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter or email on the appointment day.
The plan will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
Hepatitis antigen and antibody report issued in last 3 months must be presented prior to Hepatitis vaccination. Extra fee for blood test will be applied if you cannot present a valid report.
Doctor's consultation is included prior to the 1st dose of vaccine. Doctor’s consultation fee of HK$300 applies if patient is not suitable for the vaccine injection after Doctor's consultation.
In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
The provision of any vaccines shall be subject to availability, which may not be guaranteed after the purchase or appointment made.
Vaccination is not applicable to Jordan (Diagnostic & Imaging Centre).

Quality HealthCare – Traditional Chinese Medicine

After successful payment, customers can call designed Quality HealthCare Chinese Medicine Centre for appointment during working hours
Chinese medicine treatment is applicable at designed Quality HealthCare Chinese Medicine Centre.
All treatments are valid for 3 months after purchase.
Prior appointment is required and services are non-transferrable.
Whole package must be completed in the designated centres and by designated TCM practitioner.
If a person aged 18 or younger wishes to receive treatment, the parent or guardian must sign a consent form prior to the treatment.
This treatment does not include Chinese herbal medicine for consumption or additional Chinese herbal medicine, which shall be charged separately.
This treatment can be used at designated Quality Healthcare Chinese Medicine Centres and prior appointment of at least 2 days in advance by customer after purchase is required: Kwun Tong Millennium City 5 and Tseung Kwan O Pop Walk 2.
The redemption will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
