*The Nano Photocatalyst material "Titanium Dioxide TiO2" adopted by Qivation is composed of water-soluble Titanium Dioxide and pure water only. It has obtained the PIAJ certificate to prove the self-cleaning, antibacterial and air purification effects. The Nano Photocatalyst technology has also passed the Japanese experimental test to verify it is capable for inactivate the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Operation Guide
- Single switch to control mist and light modes
- Mist mode
1.Press once for dual mist mode
2.Press twice for alternate mist mode
3.Press third for single mist mode
4.Press fourth for turn off the humidifier
- Light mode
1.Long press for the light ON
2.Long press again to turn OFF
Caution
- DO NOT add essential oil, perfume or corrosive liquid
- Please soak the Cotton Wick 30-90 seconds to be wet before inserting it into the Filter case; you need to soak it again when the Cotton wick is dry after use; the humidifier may not release the spray and make abnormal sounds if the cotton is dry
- Change water daily and clean the humidifier regularly; recommended to replace the Cotton Wick weekly or bi-weekly
- Please do not fill the water in full tank; kindly leave at least 10% capacity unfilled to ensure it is functional; otherwise, it will result in no mist or a smaller amount of mist
- If the mist becomes less, please replace the cotton wick*please ensure the spring at inside is usable. Or wipe gently the atomizing chip with a bit of white vinegar
*Remarks: If the Customer according to their own interest uses their own aromatherapy essential oils in this product, the lamp must clean frequently, otherwise, it is easy to corrode the machine board and atomizer, resulting in blockage and failure. If there is any improper usage inclusive of the description above during the warranty period, the warranty service will not be available.

Delivery Terms:
- Free local delivery service will be provided upon transaction amount of HK$400. For spending less than HKD$400, HKD$40 delivery fee will be charged.
- We will arrange the shipment within 3 working days after the order is confirmed.
- Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, traffic or the weather.
- All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, health.ESDlife has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.
Exchange Policy:
- Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
- Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- If any other defective or missing item is found, customers are required to keep the original receipt and contact Qivation Company Limited Customer Service Department via the below channels within 3 days from the date of delivery.
