  • Customers may choose direct delivery via local freight services. (Customers will pay a delivery fee, the rate will depend on the destination)
  • Self pick-up and local freight collect service are available
  • Self pick-up location: Hong Kong Red Cross Shop, 5/F, Hong Kong Red Cross Headquarters, 19 Hoi Ting Road, West Kowloon, Hong Kong. (Service Hours: 2:00pm to 6:30pm, Monday to Tuesday; 10:00am to 6:30pm, Wednesday to Friday; Saturday, Sunday and public holidays closed)
  • Local freight collect service cost to be handled by customer. It will vary depending on delivery location
  • Delivery will be arranged by the Hong Kong Red Cross ("HKRC")
  • Delivery will be arranged in 7 to 14 working days upon receiving the payment
  • The product can be exchanged within 14 days (Office Hours) at the HKRC Headquarters owing to product damage
  • The product is a charity sale product of the HKRC. Refund policy is not available

Delivery Terms:

    9/F, Hong Kong Red Cross Headquarters, 19 Hoi Ting Road, West Kowloon, Hong Kong
    (Office Hours: 9:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, except lunch hours 1:00pm-2:00pm)
  • Local freight collect service cost to be handled by customer. It will vary depending on delivery location
  • Delivery will be arranged by the Hong Kong Red Cross ("HKRC")
  • Delivery will be arranged in 7 to 14 working days upon receiving the payment
  • Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, traffic or the weather.
  • All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, ESD Services Ltd. has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.

 

Exchange Policy:

  • Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
  • Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • If any other defective or missing item is found,the product can be exchanged within 14 days (Office Hours) at the HKRC Headquarters owing to product damage
