*If it is considered as inapproriate to get vaccinated, the amount will be returned. Customer can request for Doctor Consultation, HKD400 will be charged after consulation. The remaining amount shall be returned. health.ESDlife and Hong Kong Professional Vaccine have sole discretion to make the final decision.

If infants or young children get infected with rotavirus, severe gastroenteritis will occur and will lead to vomiting, diarrhea and fever. Severe watery diarrhea for 3-7days.

First dose within 6-12 weeks and complete 3 doses within 32 weeks (4-10 weeks apart).

After the customer completed payment from health.ESDlife, customers can call for an appointment to center 1 business days after (Call: 2156 5877 / Whatsapp: 6743 0862 - Business Hour)
The e-report will be sent by email in 14 business days after the service.(Report will be delay when rainstorm warning or tropical cyclone signal issued by the Hong Kong Observatory)
Starting from Sep 1, 2021, customer MUST redeem the service within 3 months once the payment is confirmed. Invalid exceeds the period.
Injection will be done by registered nurse.
