Shenzhen Beijing Tongrentang Traditional Chinese Medicine Cupping Therapy (5 sessions)

The package includes a traditional Chinese medicine consultation and 5 cupping sessions, each lasting 15 minutes; however, the actual time is not fixed and will be adjusted flexibly according to the patient's condition and the area being treated.

Preparation before physical therapy

1. During your first visit and each subsequent visit, please inform the TCM practitioner about your recent physical condition, main discomforts, past medical history, medications you are currently taking, and whether you are pregnant.
2. If there are wounds, skin discomfort, or other abnormalities in the treatment area, please inform the TCM practitioner before each service so that they can assess whether it is suitable to continue cupping.

On the day of physiotherapy

1. First, you will receive a consultation from a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, who will then arrange cupping therapy according to your constitution, symptoms, and the area to be treated.
2. The duration of each service may be adjusted according to individual circumstances; if you experience significant pain, burning or other discomfort during the process, please inform the TCM practitioner immediately.
3. Please confirm the order, interval, and validity period of the 5 service appointments with the TCM clinic.

Reporting Arrangements

This package is a traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy service and is not a product that provides a separate medical examination report; individual physical conditions and follow-up service suggestions will be explained by the TCM doctor based on the actual consultation and service situation.

I. Instructions for scheduling a physical examination

• After receiving a confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the TCM clinic will contact the customer within 1-2 business days during office hours to schedule a treatment appointment and location. Customers may also contact the TCM clinic at least one business day in advance to make an appointment.

• If you need to reschedule your order, please contact the TCM clinic at least one business day in advance.

• The physiotherapy program is valid for 3 months. Customers must receive the physiotherapy within 3 months (starting from the date of payment confirmation). Otherwise, it will be invalid.
• If a doctor does not speak Cantonese during a medical examination, the Chinese medicine clinic can arrange for medical staff to accompany the patient and provide translation services.
• If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the physiotherapy project page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
