Beiyi_High_End_MaleShenzhen Beiyi Rehabilitation Hospital's High-End Examination Package for Men
Recommended for
- Healthy men who are concerned with general physical assessments, blood and urine tests, gastrointestinal and cardiovascular examinations, tumor markers, and imaging examinations covered in this package.
Key inspection items:
Arteriosclerosis detection, routine electrocardiogram, pulmonary function test, transcranial Doppler ultrasound, bone mineral density test, homocysteine, adiponectin, thyroid function test, alpha-fetoprotein.
Ultrasound
Highlight-
Transcranial DopplerUsed to assist in the diagnosis of various cerebrovascular diseases (such as vascular stenosis, arteriosclerosis, cerebral insufficiency, etc.).
-
Thyroid Ultrasound
-
Carotid Ultrasound
-
Ultrasound Upper Abdomen (Liver, Gall Bladder, Spleen, Pancreas)
-
Kidneys, Ureter, Bladder & Prostate Ultrasound (Male only)
Cancer Marker
Highlight-
Alpha-fetoproteinIt is the most commonly used and important serum biomarker for diagnosing primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). A significantly elevated level suggests the possibility of HCC and is also used for monitoring treatment efficacy and early warning of recurrence.
-
Carcinoembryonic antigenIt is a broad-spectrum tumor marker. Significantly elevated levels are commonly seen in colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, and lung cancer; it is also used for evaluating treatment efficacy and monitoring recurrence in cancer patients.
-
Gastrin-releasing precursor (small cell carcinoma)It is the preferred and most specific biomarker for small cell lung cancer, used for auxiliary diagnosis, treatment monitoring, and recurrence early warning.
-
Cytokeratin fragments (non-small cell lung cancer)Primarily used to assist in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (especially squamous cell lung cancer), and also for monitoring its treatment efficacy.
-
Tumor-specific growth factorsA broad-spectrum tumor marker, its elevation can be caused by various malignant tumors (such as liver cancer, lung cancer, and gastric cancer), and it is used for tumor screening and monitoring of treatment effectiveness.
-
FerritinIt reflects the body's iron reserves and is also a tumor marker. Elevated levels can be found in various cancers (such as liver cancer, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and leukemia), and it is used to aid in diagnosis and prognosis.
-
Pancreatic tumor marker (CA19.9)It is the most sensitive tumor marker for pancreatic cancer (commonly used for auxiliary diagnosis, treatment monitoring, and recurrence early warning).
-
Total prostate-specific antigen assayDifferentiating between benign conditions such as prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) can serve as a basis for initial screening for prostate cancer.
-
Free prostate-specific antigen - for men onlyThis is a blood test indicator specifically for men, which, when combined with the total PSA ratio, can assess the risk of prostate lesions and prostate cancer.
-
Prostate-specific antigen ratio measurementThe ratio of free to total PSA levels can be used to assess the risk of prostate cancer associated with abnormally elevated PSA levels, and can help clinically differentiate between benign prostatic hyperplasia and malignant lesions.
-
Squamous cell carcinoma-associated antigenPrimarily used to assist in the diagnosis of lung cancer (squamous cell carcinoma), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, etc.
Oesophagus and Stomach Cancer Marker
Highlight-
Tumor marker CA72.4It is currently recognized as one of the preferred tumor markers for gastric cancer and has a certain degree of specificity for gastric cancer. It is often used in combination with CEA and CA199 to improve the sensitivity of gastric cancer diagnosis.
Cancer Screening
Highlight-
Methylation in colorectal cancerA non-invasive, highly sensitive early screening method that helps detect the risk of colorectal cancer in precancerous lesions or at a very early stage.
Cardiac Check up
Highlight-
Electrocardiogram
-
Homocysteine
Lung
Highlight-
Lung Function Test (Spirometry)
Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factor
Highlight-
Hemorheological testingIt measures the fluidity and viscosity of blood. Abnormalities indicate increased blood viscosity, which is associated with the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as thrombosis).
CT Scan
Highlight-
Chest CT Scan
Lipid
Highlight-
Apolipoprotein A1
-
Apolipoprotein B
-
Apolipoprotein A1/Apolipoprotein B Ratio
Diabetes
Highlight-
Adiponectin assayUsed to assess metabolic health, predict cardiovascular risk, and monitor chronic inflammatory status.
Thyroid
Highlight-
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
-
Free T3(FT3)
-
Free T4 (FT4)'
-
Total Triiodothyronine
-
Total T4
Nutrition
Highlight-
Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (15 - 20 mins)
MRI
Highlight-
Head MRIIt is used for the preliminary screening of common cerebrovascular diseases and intracranial tumors. Cranial MRI generally does not have skull artifacts, and the signal contrast between gray and white matter is high, which makes cranial MRI superior to CT.
-
Head MRAIt can display the morphology of intracranial blood vessels and blood flow signals, and can detect abnormalities such as intracranial vascular malformations and aneurysms.
Vascular Stiffness
Highlight-
Arteriosclerosis Examination
Bone Density
Highlight-
Ultrasound Bone Densitometry (Radius, Tibia)

- Before undergoing a urinary system, prostate, or gynecological ultrasound, whether the bladder needs to be full should be determined by the medical staff.
- Before undergoing a CT scan or MRI, please inform healthcare professionals if you are pregnant, have metal implants, a pacemaker, or other internal devices.
- Patients with chronic illnesses should not stop taking their medication on their own; if medication is required before a physical examination, it should be taken as directed by the doctor.
On the day of the inspection

Reporting Arrangements
After all tests are completed, the package will provide an electronic report, which will be explained by a doctor (by phone or in person).
Health check-up check-in:
- Those scheduled for physical examinations should arrive within their appointed time slot on the day of their appointment, which is between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Examinations will not be conducted after 12:00 PM. If an examinee arrives later than their scheduled time slot, the hospital may decide whether to postpone the examination to the next available time slot that day, depending on the number of examinees. If an examinee arrives after 12:00 PM, a new appointment must be scheduled, and the hospital reserves the right to refuse service for that appointment.
- To ensure a smooth medical examination process, examinees must bring their identification documents and follow the instructions for medical examination to go to the hospital to complete the registration and other related procedures on the scheduled date and time.
- Regarding the report, the hospital is responsible for issuing the client's physical examination report. The electronic report will be issued within 7-10 working days from the date the client completes all physical examination items. The client can obtain the electronic report through the "Shenzhen Beiyi Rehabilitation Hospital" WeChat official account (detailed steps for checking the physical examination report will be notified via SMS).
