The Diabetic Retinopathy Screening Program is designed to detect diabetic retinopathy and its most common complication, macular edema. SLO provides a comprehensive view, while OCT reveals minute details; these dual technologies ensure no lesion goes undetected.

I. Important Information for Medical Examination Appointment

* After receiving the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife, SHENZHEN BRIGHT STAR EYE HOSPITAL will contact you within 1-2 business days during office hours to schedule your medical examination time and location. You may also contact SHENZHEN BRIGHT STAR EYE HOSPITAL at least one business day in advance to make an appointment (Tel: +852 39622556; Whatsapp: +852 46199394).
• Upon arrival, staff at Shenzhen Pury Starry Eye Hospital will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and the email address confirming successful order from health.ESDlife online.
• For order rescheduling, please contact Shenzhen Pury Starry Eye Hospital at least one business day in advance (Tel: +852 39622556; Whatsapp: +852 46199394).
• The health check-up plan is valid for 3 months. Customers must undergo the relevant examination within 3 months (starting from the date of payment confirmation); otherwise, it will be invalid.
• During the health check-up, if the doctor does not speak Cantonese, SHENZHEN BRIGHT STAR EYE HOSPITAL can arrange medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
• If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check-up plan page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Medical Examination Report Collection and Explanation
• Clients can confirm the report language on the day of the medical examination (Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or English are available).
• The medical examination report will be completed within 10 working days after the examination. Clients can view the report through the following methods:
1. After the medical examination report is completed, SHENZHEN BRIGHT STAR EYE HOSPITAL will send a reminder message to remind the client to check the report.
2. If you provide your email address, SHENZHEN BRIGHT STAR EYE HOSPITAL will send the report to your email address after completion.
3. If you provide your mailing address, SHENZHEN BRIGHT STAR EYE HOSPITAL will mail the report after completion, with postage to be paid upon delivery (delivery to Hong Kong and Macau is available).
* After completing the medical examination report, you can schedule an appointment with a doctor to explain the report. Clients can choose from the following channels:
1. Telephone Consultation: Please schedule an appointment at least one business day in advance (Tel: +852 39622556; Whatsapp: +852 46199394). The doctor will contact you at the scheduled time.
2. In-Person Consultation: Please schedule an appointment at least one business day in advance (Tel: +852 39622556; Whatsapp: +852 46199394). Please come to Shenzhen Purystar Eye Hospital at the scheduled time for an in-person consultation. If you book an in-person consultation, you can choose from the following locations:
