Health Check-up Reminders

Please eat light meals the day before your check-up. Avoid alcohol and fatigue. Do not eat or drink on the morning of the check-up.

Get adequate rest the day before. Avoid eating after 8:00 PM. Refrain from intense exercise and emotional stress to ensure accurate results.

Gynecological and urine tests are not recommended during menstruation.
I. Health Check-up Appointment Guidelines
After receiving the confirmation email from health.ESDlife, our medical center will contact you within 1–2 working days during office hours to schedule your check-up appointment (date and location).
Alternatively, you may contact the center at least one working day in advance to make an appointment.

Upon arrival, our staff will verify your name, date of birth, mobile number, and the confirmation email from health.ESDlife.
If you need to reschedule, please contact the center at least one working day in advance.
The check-up package is valid for 3 months from the date of payment confirmation. Please complete your check-up within this period; otherwise, the package will expire.
If the attending doctor does not speak Cantonese, our center can arrange medical staff to assist with translation.
In case of discrepancies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the check-up plan, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
II. Report Collection & Inquiry
The health check-up report will be ready within 5 working days after the examination and will be provided in Simplified Chinese.
- You may provide an email address to receive the electronic version of the report.
- If a printed copy is required, a fee of RMB 10 per copy will be charged.
- Mailing fees will be paid by the recipient (cash on delivery).
III. Report Interpretation

In-person consultation: Please make an appointment at least one working day in advance and arrive at the center at the scheduled time to consult with a physician.
