Health Check Precautions
- Before the examination, maintain a light diet, avoid strenuous exercise and excessive alcohol consumption. Do not eat after 8:00 PM the night before the examination, and attend the examination on an empty stomach.
- On the day of the examination, wear loose, casual clothing and avoid wearing clothes with metal objects.
- You may eat only after completing blood tests, liver/gallbladder/spleen/pancreas ultrasound, and breath tests. The Guomao Health Check Center provides breakfast.
- For ureter, bladder, and gynecological ultrasound examinations, ensure a full bladder for optimal results.
- Gynecological examinations should be conducted after menstruation has ended.
- During the periods of pregnancy preparation, pregnancy and lactation, radiological examinations, CT scans and carbon-14 breath tests are prohibited. Please inform the front desk staff in a timely manner to note that you wish to waive these examinations when checking in for the inspection.
- Medication Reminder: Patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, or asthma should continue taking their regular medications and avoid stopping them on the examination day. Diabetic patients should not take hypoglycemic drugs on the morning of the examination. Complete blood tests and other fasting-required tests first, then eat breakfast and take hypoglycemic medication.

Customers may select the date, time and location for their health check when purchasing the health check package. If Customers do not select the date and time for their health check at the time of purchase, they need to contact Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital to make an appointment (Phone Number: +86 0755-82339467 (Guomao Health Check Center); +86 0755-82307090 (Zhidi Health Check Center) ).

Upon arrival, the staff of Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful purchase from health.ESDlife.
- If the customer wants to reschedule the order, please contact contact Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital at least 1 working day in advance (Phone Number: +86 0755-82339467 (Guomao Health Check Center); +86 0755-82307090 (Zhidi Health Check Center) ).

The validity period of the health check packages is 3 months.Customers must undergo the relevant checkup within 3 months from the date of confirmed payment. After expiration, it will be considered void.
- During the health check, if customer encounters a doctor who does not speak Cantonese,Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
- If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health check package pages, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
- The offers provided by health.ESDlife are not applicable to the services of Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital.
II. Retrieval and Explanation of Report
- The health check report is provided in simplified Chinese.
- The health check report will be completed within 5-7 working days after the health check and the customer will be notified via SMS. Customers can choose the following methods to view the health check report:

If you need an electronic report, please provide your email address to the staff at the hospital or call the Luohu People’s Hospital Physical Examination Center customer service hotline: +86 0755 8230 7090.

Provide a mailing address, and Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital will mail the report with postage collect (available for delivery to Hong Kong and Macau).

Visit the health check center to pick up the report after completion. A free printed copy of the report is available.
