A double-blind, controlled study of 281 office workers indicated that oral administration of bilberry extract significantly improved visual fatigue caused by acute video display terminal (AVD) overload.

2. Bilberry - Improving Eye Adaptability in Dark Environments [2]

A double-blind, blank-controlled crossover study showed that the adaptability to dark environments after taking bilberry extract was significantly higher than that of the blank control group (the group that did not take bilberry).

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study indicated that oral administration of standardized bilberry extract helped increase tear secretion (measured by Schirmer’s test) and significantly improved symptoms of dry eyes.

5. Lutein – Powerful Filter of Harmful Blue Light Lutein and zeaxanthin are the main carotenoids in the human macula. 6. Eyebright – Scavenging Reactive Oxygen Radicals
