理療前準備

1. 請於首次及其後每次到診時說明主要不適部位、既往病史、過敏史、正在服用的藥物及是否懷孕。
2. 如有出血或凝血問題、正在服用影響凝血的藥物、服務部位皮膚受損或當日身體不適，請先告知中醫師，由中醫師評估是否適合接受針灸。

理療當日

1. 先接受中醫把脈問診，再從肩、頸、腰、腿中選擇1個部位，由中醫師按情況安排當次針灸。
2. 如針灸期間感到暈眩、心悸、明顯疼痛或其他不適，請立即告知中醫師。
3. 5次服務的預約次序、相隔時間及使用期限，請以中醫館確認為準。

報告安排

本套餐屬中醫理療服務，並非另發體檢報告的檢查產品；個別身體情況及後續服務建議，由中醫師按實際問診及服務情況說明。

I. Instructions for scheduling a physical examination

• After receiving a confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the TCM clinic will contact the customer within 1-2 business days during office hours to schedule a treatment appointment and location. Customers may also contact the TCM clinic at least one business day in advance to make an appointment.

• Once the customer arrives at the clinic, the staff will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and the email address indicating successful order from health.ESDlife online shopping platform.
• If you need to reschedule your order, please contact the TCM clinic at least one business day in advance.

• The physiotherapy program is valid for 3 months. Customers must receive the physiotherapy within 3 months (starting from the date of payment confirmation). Otherwise, it will be invalid.
• If a doctor does not speak Cantonese during a medical examination, the Chinese medicine clinic can arrange for medical staff to accompany the patient and provide translation services.
• If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the physiotherapy project page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
