- For the first use, please remove all packaging, take out all accessories from the inner pot, and clean all parts that are in direct contact with food with a soft cloth.
- Check whether the sealing ring is correctly installed on the lid, the sealing ring slot must be stuck in the fixed bracket and evenly attached to the inside of the lid. Check whether the vent hole and the float valve hole are unblocked. If they are blocked, they must be cleaned.
- Open the cover Please confirm whether the float valve is down before opening the cover. Grasp the opening and closing handle with one hand, pull out the safety lock with the other hand, turn it clockwise in the direction of "Open Lid-Close Lid", and lift up to open the lid.
- Reminder: When the float valve is not cleaned regularly or a large amount of viscous fluid food is cooked, the float valve is stuck by the viscous material around and cannot automatically fall off, and the lid cannot be opened. At this time, you can poke a slender object such as chopsticks at the float valve port to lower the float valve.
- Take out the inner pot and put the food and water into the inner pot. The food and water should not exceed 4/5 of the height of the inner pot and should not be less than 1/5 of the height of the inner pot.
- Put the inner pot into the pot body, and keep the inner pot surface and heating plate clean and dry before putting it.
★Special reminder: After putting the inner pot into the body, gently rotate the inner pot left and right to make the bottom of the inner pot fully contact the heating plate.
Free Delivery Service
- Delivery locations are limited to the "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region" (excluding outlying islands, border exclusion zones, and receiving locations without lift or lorry cannot be accessed).

- The goods will be delivered within 4-12 working days after the order is confirmed for payment. The delivery time is Monday to Saturday (except public holidays), 9:30 am to 6 pm. Under normal circumstances, once the order is confirmed, it is not acceptable to change the delivery address.
- Delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, regional or other factors, and the delivery time will be arranged separately.
- If the product has arrived at the delivery address and no one has signed for it or the product has not been delivered to the delivery location due to customer problems or the customer has requested to cancel the order or the customer refuses to receive the product or needs to be rescheduled for delivery, the customer still has to bear the cost of the delivery.
- To arrange the delivery service again, the customer must pay the actual freight and special area surcharges or pick it up at the designated place.
- The product does not have the same day delivery installation service. If the customer needs to install the service on behalf of the contract, please make a separate appointment.
- All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the relevant goods. If you are failed to provide any products or services on your order, you will be notified by phone, email or WhatsApp before shipping or picking up.
- Except for replacement protection, all goods sold are non-refundable. The product has price fluctuations, and the selling price is subject to the moment of order issuance. If there are price adjustments or promotions, the difference cannot be reimbursed.
- If the customer finds that the quality of the product does not work under normal use conditions and does not meet safety standards,customer can call the general agent to replace the product within seven days after receiving the product.
- Small household appliances must be brought to the designated place of the general agent for replacement of the goods.
- Replacement of the goods must be made within seven days of receipt of the goods. Products that have been used or are damaged due to your personal reasons cannot be returned.
- Please keep and return all packaging, including all boxes, original product boxes, original labels, tags, certification documents, manufacturer guarantees, manuals, gifts and all accessories, etc., and ensure that all packaging is returned intact.
- Only the products of the same model can be replaced. One order can only be returned once.
