5 in 1 Vaccine has adopted non-cellular formula. It can effectively prevent infants from being infected by Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Poliomyelitis & Haemophilus Influenzae Type B). The vaccine protects against serious childhood diseases and illness. “5 in 1” Vaccine can reduce the number of injections and lower the chances of side effects after vaccination. (Provide GSK Only)

The vaccine is applicable to Quality HealthCare Medical Centre in Central(Prince’s Building), Tsim Sha Tsui and Quarry Bay.

Include 5 in 1 Vaccine (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Poliomyelitis & Haemophilus Influenzae Type B) and doctor’s consultation prior to 1st vaccination; while injection procedure is handled by Registered Nurse.

*This transaction is subject to the assessment by doctor for the suitability of vaccine injection. Patients will have to pay a consultation fee of $300 if considered not suitable for the vaccine injection upon doctor's consultation. The remaining balance will be refunded.
