An allergy screening test with excellent sensitivity and specificity for inhalant allergy. It uses an ImmunoCAP with a balanced mixture of representative allergens, including:
- common food mix, seafood, nut , fruit, crop and meat mix
- mould, weed pollen, tree pollen, grass and house dust mix
- lobster, crab, beef, cat dander, dog dander, cheese/cheddar type, oat, yeast, mouse epithelium and rat epithelium

健康檢查條款：

客戶收到由健康網購health.ESDlife寄出之確認成功付款電郵後，金域檢驗（香港）有限公司將於隨後1-2個工作天辦公時間內，致電客戶預約身體檢查的時間及地點，並會通知客戶驗身注意事項。客戶亦可致電查詢或在訂單確認後1個工作天致電該中心預約 (電話：2919 7222)。
本身體檢查計劃有效期為1年，客戶必須於1年內 (由確認付款日期起計) 接受有關檢查，逾期作廢。訂購一經確認，不設退款。

報告︰

進行健康檢查後，一般情況下，需大概7-10個工作天跟進檢查報告 (工作天不包括星期六、日及公眾假期)。輪侯報告講解時間會因應不同情況而有所延長，如個別化驗項目所需時間較長, 或客人指明特定時段。
報告完成後，客戶需親身前往指定的西醫診所領取，並接受西醫親自講解報告，計劃已包括醫生講解報告的費用，毋須額外付款；不設電話講解服務。
客戶亦可選擇親身前往化驗中心領取報告，並回電客戶服務熱線 (電話：2919 7222) 確認已收報告，有關西醫將於5個工作天內聯絡客戶預約講解報告的日期及時間；不設電話講解服務。
客戶另可選擇郵寄報告，需於登記抽血時通知化驗中心職員，並即場現金支付郵費 (本地平郵$15郵費；掛號收取$30郵費)，客人需自行承擔郵寄報告之風險。收到報告後，需回電客戶服務熱線 (電話：2919 7222) 確認，有關西醫將於5個工作天內聯絡客戶預約講解報告的日期及時間；不設電話講解服務。
如有爭議，金域檢驗(香港)有限公司保留最後決定權。
