Customers can call the centre for any enquiries of this pacakge in 1 working day after order confirmation (New Town hotline: 8481 8331).

Hotel Cozi Staycation Terms and conditions:

Check-in date is valid until 31 March 2022.
Blackout dates and supplement charges may apply (including Jan 31, 2022 and Feb 3, 2022).
Cut-off date on 7 days priors to arrival.
The offer is for Hong Kong & Macau local residents only and is subject to valid Hong Kong and Macau ID card upon check in.
The above offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers.
All hotel services and offers are subject to availability and upon hotel's confirmation.
Any Cancellation or amendment received 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged for the entire stay. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treat at no-show and will incur a charge of 100%of the booking value.

New Town Medical Group - Terms and Conditions on Health Check Services:

New Town Medical Group will contact customers for health check booking within 2 working days after they have received payment confirmation email from health.ESDlife. Alternatively, customers may call the Centre for enquiries 2 working days after receiving the confirmation (New Town hotline: 8481 8331).
Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letter upon registration.
All health check packages is only valid for 6 months from the date of order confirmation.
Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
General check up plan/ additional/optional items can only be performed by the same person.
All test items are not used for diagnosis or treatment.
Medical examination report would be ready in 14 to 21 working days.
New Town Medical will inform customers and make an appointment for the report explanation.
In case of any dispute, the decision of health.ESDlife and New Town Medical Group should be final.

Health Check Services Precautions:

Please maintain a regular diet and avoid alcoholic drinks 3 days before the examination.
Please do not eat or drink at least 8 hours prior to the check-up. Water, however, may be freely taken to avoid dehydration effects on blood sugar and cholesterol tests in the program.
Suppose you are taking medicine for chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, asthma, etc. In that case, you can continue taking the doctor’s prescription and please bring along the medicine for the appointment.
For females, avoid 7 days before or after the menstrual period. If you are menstruating, you should not have urine analysis because there will be blood contamination which affects the interpretation of the result.
Please wear loose and casual clothing on the day of the examination. If you have an ECG examination on the day, please bring along sportswear and sports shoes.

New Town Medical Group - Terms and Conditions on Vaccination Services:

After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the check up centre will call Customer to schedule the appointment within the next working day. (New Town hotline: 8481 8331).
Most of vaccination package is only valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After which, the confirmation letter will not be accepted.
Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
Medical staff is included prior to the 1st dose of vaccine. Admin fee of HK$300 applies if patient is not suitable for the vaccine injection after assessment by medical staff.
In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
