Detection Anti-HPV IgG can be used to assess efficacy of HPV vaccination. Advise the person concerned to take the antibody test at least 14 days after the completion of the vaccination course.
The test kits is use to detect IgG antibodies against HPV specific late protein (HPVL1).
After 3 does HPV vaccination (Gardasil or Cervarix), most of people should build up IgG antibodies against HPV type specific late protein.
