Taipei Tickets Terms and Conditions:

1. The Redemption Period for the redemption code is from Now – 30 April 2026 (both days inclusive).
2. Travel Period is from Now – 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive and including blackout period), and is subject to seat availability on the selected flights.
3. Blackout period is: 13-20 February 2026, 29 Mar – 8 Apr 2026, 30 Apr – 3 May 2026, 18 – 22 Jun 2026
4. The ticket redemption is only applicable for booking of an economy class round-trip flight ticket for the destination based on the prize that the eligible customer is entitled in the Promotion (Taipei) and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates.
5. Passenger must be at the age of 12 or above.
6. Ticket is only applicable for the flight departing from Hong Kong to Taipei and is marketed and operated by Starlux Airlines (JX). Passengers cannot select the preferred operators and travel time. Redemption is subjected to seat availability of preferred travel dates.
7. A checked-in luggage is included.
8. Ticket price excludes all applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, passenger fuel surcharge and carrier surcharges, and additional check-in baggage. The relevant fees and charges should be settled by the passenger.
9. It is recommended to redeem flight tickets at least 3–5 working days before the flight departure.
10. All flight ticket redemptions must be booked through the hutchgo redemption platform at https://campaign.hutchgo.com/zh-hk/home/verify. For detailed redemption instructions, please refer to this link.
11. Only one redemption code can be used for redemption, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither.
12. Any unused services, refund is not applicable and not valid for exchange of other services. Any expired or invalid redemption code will not be re-issued.
13. Once the redemption is confirmed, refund, rebook or amendment is not allowed.

Passenger is advised to check with the latest Government outbound/inbound travel alert or immigration restrictions for both departure/arrival destinations before planning the trip, including but not limited to those measures in relation to COVID-19. Passenger acknowledges that such measures may be adopted rapidly which sometimes occur during the travel.
17. Passenger is reminded to comply with the immigration rules and regulations concerning the conditions of stay in destination(s) and/or transfer.

Instructions For Collecting Cheek Cells:

Rinse your mouth with clean water. Please keep oral clean and moist before collect samples.
Clearly write in information on swab label with NAME, Gender, Date of Birth and Date of Sampling in order to facilitate the laboratory check the personal details.
With clean hands, break the seal on the tube and remove the cap.
Remove the Swab from tube and vigorously swipe brush back and forth across the inner lining of your cheek for 60 seconds (Around 20 times). The swiping should be firm but not painful. To ensure that there are enough cheek cells. It is recommended to collect total of 6 swabs.
Wait for the swab to dry completely (about 5 minutes), then put the swab back into the original tube. Do not replace other caps.
Reattach cap securely to the tube

Remarks:

Please return the collected sample to our laboratory within 7 days , the expired samples may affect the test results, laboratory will not process the expired samples.
Samples should be stored at room temperature before return to our lab.
Children under the age of 18 should be supervised by a parent or guardian.

22 PLUS Genomic Information Technology Limited staff will have body temperature when they enter the workplace, and use disposable blood drawing equipment and disinfect hands with alcohol hand to make guests feel at ease
22 PLUS Genomic Information Technology Limited reserves the right to determine whether it can provide blood collection service based on the situation of the customer

Buccal Swabs Collection

If the buccal swabs packaging in the sampling kit is found to be damaged or the expiry date has passed, please do not use it
Begin sample collection by rinsing your mouth with water. Please keep your mouth clean and moist
Each buccal swab can only be used once and cannot be reused
After collecting the sample, please send it back to 22PLUS laboratory within 3 days, expired samples may affect the test results, 22PLUS laboratory will not process expired samples
Stored at room temperature until delivered to 22PLUS laboratory
People aged 18 or below should use the buccal swab with parent or guardian

Appointment Process

After confirming that the payment has been completed. Clients will be informed within 1-2 working days to arrange an appointment.
The customer service staff of 22 PLUS Genomic Information Technology Limited will go through the procedure with clients

Health check terms:

After successful payment, the confirmation email will be sent to client’s email address by health.ESDlife. 22PLUS customer service will call the clients to make an appointment within 1-2 working days. Clients can also call for enquiries (Tel: +852 3989 6160)
After purchasing the plan, an official receipt issued by health.ESDlife can be arranged and sent within 7-14 working days. Customers can request a receipt at the time of purchase, or contact the customer service representative via the following methods: email (support@esdlife.com) or phone (3151 2288)
The testing plan is suitable for people of all ages
Guidelines for the clients under 18: must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and sign a consent form on site. After verified the identification, relevant testing services can be procced
The test service plan is valid for 3 months, and the customer must complete the test within 3 months (from the date of payment confirmation), and it will be invalid after the deadline.

Remarks

Client can get one FREE the telephone counseling. Otherwise, if client require face-to-face explanations, would be charged an additional fee of $1250
If the client does not retrieve the report within 3 months after the test, all reports will be destroyed and will not be stored. Please note an administration fee will be charged $100 for additional copies (within 3 months after the test)
Clients shall bare the full responsibility of losing items by using mail service
All tests are not for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes
