Explanation of the Report by the Doctor (Telephone/In-Person)
This package provides screening for both gynecological and overall health, covering cervical and ovarian function, sex hormones, female tumor markers, and infectious disease testing. It also includes ultrasound, pelvic CT scan, electrocardiogram, and blood, liver, kidney, and thyroid function assessments to help women understand their health status and identify health risks requiring further monitoring. Test results must be interpreted by a doctor in conjunction with individual medical records and clinical findings and should not be used as a sole diagnostic tool.
Preparation before physical examination
- The day before the examination, maintain a light diet, avoid strenuous exercise, and get enough sleep; refrain from eating after 10 PM, and fasting is required on the morning of the examination. Individuals with high blood pressure can take their medication as usual with a small amount of water; other long-term medications should be taken according to the instructions of your doctor or the medical examination center, and should not be discontinued on your own. Individuals with diabetes, asthma, or heart disease should bring their necessary medications.
- If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or have cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or other conditions, please inform the medical staff before the examination and follow their instructions to schedule a pelvic CT scan.
- When undergoing a gynecological ultrasound, it may be necessary to keep the bladder full; when undergoing cervical examinations such as HPV and TCT, it is advisable to avoid the menstrual period. The actual arrangements will be subject to the instructions of the physical examination center.
- We recommend wearing loose and comfortable clothing. Women should avoid wearing dresses to facilitate ultrasound and electrocardiogram examinations. Please remove any metal objects as instructed by medical staff before the examination.
On the day of the inspection
- Please arrive at your appointment time and truthfully inform the medical staff about your health condition, the possibility of pregnancy, and any medications you are currently taking.
- Please complete all inspections according to the guidance and arrangements; if you abandon any items for personal reasons, you need to sign a confirmation in the relevant column.
- After completing the inspection, please return the inspection form to the front desk to confirm that no items have been missed.
Report Arrangement
The report generally takes 1 to 3 days to arrive. You can schedule an appointment to have the doctor explain the report; the actual report time and explanation schedule are subject to confirmation by the medical examination center.
I. Instructions for scheduling a physical examination
- After receiving the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the Shenzhen Aoluorui Comprehensive Clinic will contact the customer within 1-2 business days during office hours to schedule a physical examination. Customers may also make an appointment at least one day in advance by contacting the Shenzhen Aoluorui Comprehensive Clinic (Tel: +86 0755 25109659, WeChat: LagunaShaw ).
- Upon arrival at the clinic, staff at Shenzhen Aoluorui Comprehensive Clinic will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and online health purchase information. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm the customer's identity.
- If you need to reschedule your order, please contact Shenzhen Aoluorui Comprehensive Clinic at least one day in advance (Tel: +86 0755 25109659, WeChat: LagunaShaw ).
- The physical examination plan is valid for 3 months. Clients must undergo the relevant examination within 3 months (starting from the date of payment confirmation); otherwise, it will be invalid. If the doctor does not speak Cantonese during the physical examination, Aurora Comprehensive Clinic can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
- If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the health checkup plan page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
II. Report Collection and Explanation
- The medical examination report is in simplified Chinese.
- The medical examination report will be completed within 1-7 days after the examination and will be sent to the client via WeChat/email/mail. Clients can choose the following methods to view the medical examination report:
Provide your email address, and Shenzhen Aoluorui Comprehensive Clinic will send the report to the client's email address after completion; - Please provide your mailing address. Shenzhen Aoluorui Comprehensive Clinic will mail the report after it is completed, with postage payable upon delivery (delivery to Hong Kong and Macau is available);
Pick up the report at the medical examination center after completion; - Search for the official WeChat account "Shenzhen Aoluorui Comprehensive Clinic", click on Online Services - Personal Center (enter your registered name and contact number) - Test Results, and you can check them.
- After the medical examination report is issued, you can schedule an appointment to have the doctor explain the report. Clients can choose from the following channels:
Telephone video consultation: Please make an appointment at least one day in advance (appointment contact number: +86 0755 25109659, WeChat: LagunaShaw ). The doctor will contact you at the appointed time.
In-person explanation: You need to make an appointment at least 1 day in advance (appointment contact number: +86 0755 25109659, WeChat: LagunaShaw ). The examinee will listen to the doctor's explanation in person at the medical examination center at the appointed time.
