EuroEyes Comprehensive Eye Examination for Individuals Aged 60+
As we age, our bodily functions gradually change, and our eyes face the challenges of aging as well. For seniors aged 60 and above, many vision-threatening eye diseases—such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy—are often painless in their early stages, with signs being extremely subtle and difficult to detect. Once vision is impaired, it not only affects daily life and social activities but also increases the risk of falls and accidental injuries. We recommend that seniors aged 60 and above receive an eye examination every year.
This examination uses advanced equipment to assess the risk of cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration, enabling the early detection of potential conditions to help protect the safety of your vision.
The exam is conducted by a qualified optometrist / an ophthalmologist (eye specialist).
Temporary blurred vision may occur after a dilated eye examination. It is advisable to arrange for accompaniment or avoid driving yourself.
