Hong Kong International Cardiology Center Standard Cardiac Examination - Heart Ultrasound

Hong Kong International Cardiology Center Terms and Conditions:

• This transaction is subject to the assessment by doctor for the suitability of cardiac examination services. If a customer is considered not suitable for the examination upon doctor’s consultation, Hong Kong International Cardiology Center will charge the customer a $850 consultation fee and the fee for the completed check up items. The remaining balance will be refunded.
• The order confirmation email will be sent to customer email address immediately upon payment completion by health.ESDlife. Customers can make an appointment during business hours in the next working day by call / WhatsApp Hong Kong International Cardiology Center at 2152 8526.
• Customers must show a valid supporting document for registration before enjoying the service.
• Customers should be understood and agreed to the service arranged by Hong Kong International Cardiology Center before using the service.
• The package is valid for 1 year. Customers must redeem the service within 1 year (from the date of purchase) or it will be forfeited. Customers need to make an appointment 1 month in advance.
• Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
• All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
• In case of any disputes, health.ESDlife and Hong Kong International Cardiology Center reserves the right of final decision.

Checkup Procedure:

• Hong Kong International Cardiology Center will arrange 1st appointment for customer for general physical examination, blood test, lipid profile and diabetes test.
• After 3-4 working days, Hong Kong International Cardiology Center will contact the customer for 2nd appointment for cardiac examination services and explain the inspection report by cardiologist at the same day.
• This transaction is subject to the assessment by doctor for the suitability of cardiac examination services. If a customer is considered not suitable for the examination upon doctor’s consultation, Hong Kong International Cardiology Center will charge the customer a $850 consultation fee and the fee for the completed check up items. The remaining balance will be refunded.
